What happened!?! I've been a VIP since it first started. I switch to Diamond VIP & everything screws up!! One day it's fine, the next I'm back to NO VIP. I have to pay AGAIN to get in to write a complaint... which becomes redundant month after month & week after week. Poor customer service since I've relayed I'd like to be refunded or credited for all the extra $$$ I've spent trying to get it fixed... for almost a year now!

Song pop is not working after phone update! I love this game, I've been playing it for years. But i just updated my Samsung with the latest Google update and now song pop won't open! I am so upset, song pop is my favorite! I would have never updated my phone if I new this was going to happen. I haven't been able to play for 4 days now. please fix this asap!

SO unbelievably disappointed. I've been playing SongPop since it's inception, and in the middle of a game today, it knocks me out & then I find out I can no longer play SongPop1. I absolutely HATE SongPop2...it looks like a video game/cartoon, the songs all run together, and I refuse to play it. I've been a VIP for the last 7 years at $4.99/month and for what? That's money I just THREW at you guys for no reason now that I can't play the game! I feel cheated, like that money was stolen. SUCKS!!

I bought so many .99 pack of tickets of which half the time I didn't receive. I sent copy of my receipt so many times with never a word or credited tickets. Final straw is charging me for VIP and I had deleted account. Sent another complaint and still no reply. Terrible customer support. Don't give them your money. They will take and not give.

They want everyone to switch to song pop 2 If you have an older phone you can still play the original but don't get the daily spin. Bad thing with #2 is constant advertisements unless you pay for VIP and you don't get coins after each round. I'm sure they have lost many customers but the only ones that matter are the ones who pay. As soon as my power ups are gone so am I

just like others are saying on here...I go to open it and play Ann's it instantly closes the app. I've uninstalled twice now and it keeps doing the same thing. I've been playing this since 2012 and no problems up until now. My daughter wanted to play me and I can't even open the game. I have the Samsung Galaxy 9 and she has I think the samsung j3 and she can play and I can't??? wth?? fix ASAP please.

I downloaded the latest software update from Google, and now, the app no longer opens at all! It just instantly closes. Please fix this so I can continue playing! I've been using Song Pop almost since it began, and I'd hate to stop simply because it isn't compatible with newer phones and software.

I don't know if this was ever fixed, but I can't 100% achievements on a game that refuses to install, because it's been replaced with an updated version. Please erase the data from old unsupported game app, so it doesn't look like I can't finish my games. This is why you're suppose to update versions not rename your game.

Songpop 2 is horrible, laggy, buggy, the GUI sucks and its designed to sell the songs. Songpop 1 was great and Ive been playing it for years. I don't even have apple so the generic IOS version incompatibility message is a lie and my phone hasnt had a system update in months since before songpop was working fine. Absolutely trash that youd end support of songpop1 and blame it on the OS instead of rolling out an update & supporting it. Also add option in sp2 to change everything back to classic

I've been playing this game for many years & I still love it. but after doing an update from Google on my phone this app no longer opens, when I click on it it instantly closes. it's been doing this now for at least 4-5 weeks. I would like to continue playing so please fix this problem asap.
