Description
"Soliton DNS Guard Agent" is an agent for "Soliton DNS Guard / Soliton DNS Guard for Education", a cloud service provided by Soliton Systems K.K. that blocks access to malicious sites at the DNS layer.
[ Features and functions ]
Recent cyber-attack tactics have become more sophisticated so that more attacks can be continued for as long as possible. Large number of malicious site (C & C servers, phishing sites, malware distribution sites, etc.) are used for cyber-attack, and most of the malicious traffic come to be encrypted. It makes more difficult to detect malicious traffic by existing security solutions.
Soliton DNS Guard is a cloud-delivered security solution to block access to a malicious domain at DNS layer in real-time, regardless of the ports and protocols. It reduces risks of malware infection and information leakage by DNS layer security.
Soliton DNS Guard can also block access to specific sites based on domain category information. You can specify categories according to your environment, such as crime, drugs, gambling, and games.
* Soliton DNS Guard Agent uses “VPNService” to evaluate DNS queries.
* VPN Always-on in Android settings is required.
