"Social Capital Credits (SoCCs) is the community currency for social good innovated by Asia Initiatives. People earn SoCCs for doing social good, and redeem for education, skill empowerment, micro credit, enterprise funding and more. This app is a platform to record, verify, trade and analyze SoCC activities and redemptions.
You can follow these steps and be part of our Global Community!
1. Identify a challenge facing your community. (You can be an individual or an organization)
2. Rally community around this cause (Causes can be health, education, skill empowerment, environment)
3. Connect with us to build your own SoCCs project to achieve your community's goals (write to us [email protected])
4. Make your SoCC Earning Menu: Identify activities of social good aligned with your goal. Doing them will earn you SoCCs!
5. Make your SoCC Redeeming Menu: Redeem SoCCs for goods and services within your community. Or you can Donate your SoCCs to one of our projects to help other communities reach their goals!
6. You just strengthened the social capital of your community!!
7. Do all of this online and on your phones.
8. Reach out to us if you need any assistance
9. After running the project for 6 months, enter our annual competition to qualify for funding grants."
