If yes, Snip-it comes in handy with a cool feature with which you can cut any portion of your screen with just a tap of the Snip-it's sniphead that stays on your screen just like facebook chatheads. Forget about taking screenshots with the button combo and cropping it before sharing something on your screen. You can do all of this with just a tap. Snip off all the sadness on you screen and share the happiness. When you turn the Snip-it service on, a sniphead will appear on your screen that allows you to snip any portion of your screen with just a tap. Once you tap it, the current screen will open in a snip/crop mode and then you select the section of your screen which you want and then hit crop. That's about it. You're all set and good to share the piece that you just snipped with anyone.(The snip will be saved to your phone) Snip-it requires some permissions to work properly. It requires access to your media and photos - because that's where it saves the snips. It requires you to grant access to share your screen which helps it to capture everything on your screen. Used to love it but I just got a notification that snip it needs access to all my contacts and other information including passwords. No thanks! I used this app all the time, so easy to use....we a fan for sure. You blew it with this update. Snip it has no reason to have access to any of my information.

It works, well. The floating overlay is easy to place and doesn't get in the way of anything. I feel like a few configurable settings would go a long way. For example, I often use this app to screenshot powerpoint slides in lectures, and being able to adjust the default initial position of the cropping borders would save so much time. An option to skip the adjust menu would also be useful. I've also noticed that many images come out in a low resolution, but maybe that's an unfixable problem.

Was using just fine until I accidentally slid the Snip It icon off the page of a picture I was snipping. Then, every time I went to the app to get the snippet icon to re-appear on the page I was working on, it would continually take me to the last image I had snipped. I eventually had to re-install the app. It was maddening but I will try the app again. I guess I'm getting what I paid for.

I've been using this for a while now. Hasn't given me any problems and I enjoy the overlay. I've snipped many a thing, and appreciate this app.

Exactly the same size as if you had cropped the screenshot normally period which is not what I'm looking for I want to take a small part of the picture and keep it that size this suggests that can do that but it can't

Everytime I try to use it the ap takes me to permissions appear on top and I cannot get back to the actual snip... very frustrating. I instalked and uninstalled 3 or more times to no different result So... will uninstall 2 more times if the new install doesnt allow the ap to work. It worked fine on my Samsung A70... but nada even once on my new A71 Edit: installed, no better result, uninstalled. What a huge waste of my time and data

Not easy to use. Enabled and wanted to capture screen shot...but screen with icon to capture shot did not appear. instead a condensed version apeared on half of screen...captured it, but once opened up, it was not sized correctly. AND, it does NOT allow you to delete the file.

Had to install latest system software. Since then I just get sent to apps permission page and can't get out or use the app. Ready to Uninstaller unless the developer responds to this with a fix.

screen image was compressed. researched how to snip through key strokes on a chromebook. much better. possibly beneficial on a phone, but you most likely have a shortcut key for that as well.

This app is p e r f e c t it's so easy to use but the only bad thing is that when I crop it down to a small image I get it pixelated other than that I totally recommend this app!
