Normally this app is great! But lately, I have been disappointed. Claiming they have certain candy on their app then I get told by the shopper they don't have it like what the heck?!? They offer me a substitution but then leave the store before offering to replace it, leaving me very pissed off.

Had to cut my last shopping trip Short, due to app Not working properly, way back in May. Haven't been back. Oh well, less $ for Kroger. Somehow, with Many "updates" a week, they Still Haven't Bothered to fix the "clipped coupons". Also, I did p/u once. What a hassle. They DIDN'T apply the coupons right away, & I had to Call Several times over Several weeks before they finally fixed it. Coupons Should be Applied to the Order, just like when you shop in store. I WON'T make that Mistake again.

THEFT!!! Had a shopper (Nathan W) do what was supposed to be a $50.00 store order for me, turn into a $200.00 NIGHTMARE.. it has shook me beyond belief that the shopper is allowed to "substitute" 40 items such as dog food, baby food, soda, sushi rolls, and whatnot, in the place of toilet bowl cleaner, dish soap, salads, pine sol, and Swiffer wet pads... There's a serious flaw in the system, when a customer isn't being notified like hey, did you NEED these alternative items... Gimme my money!!

I cannot login to the app, so I login at their Internet website on my phone. Safeway changed their app and now it's not compatible with my phone. I do the same with them. Correction: Both apps work now.

this app is so stupid & confusing. everything I search for pulls up "no results". Really? No flour, pudding, cream, etc. What's the point if it doesn't work. I've used in the past, this is dang annoying! I'm done.

It works, there are a huge number of options to figure out. lists vs carts, delivery is desired, but can't tell times until "checkout" It's functional, more useful for shopping list and then wandering store.

honestly I love this app so much! definitely convenient when you work from home and can't always run to get stuff. I'm even more glad that they deliver.

I normally really like using this app I love having it delivered to my house but the last time I had it delivered to my house the shopper decided to go on the shopping spree. So my original order went went from 39 to 145. And how he did it shocked me. He said none of my items were available and did it as a substitution. I did receive the nine things that I purchased and I am currently waiting for my refund. I definitely advise to watch you orders carefully or hit the no substitution button
