This update blows. Why did I have to uninstall and reinstall to get the update? Why did I have to verify my phone number 11 times? Why, on the 11th time, was the "confirm" button greyed out, preventing me from logging in while I was on a call?!? Why does the "developer" have a plain Gmail address? Goodyear: if you have outsourced the development of this train-wreck of an app, fire the developer and ask for a refund. Are you seriously the same company that envisioned the Eagle 360 Urban???

This update is awful...the phone number question does not work and is dead end. Totally unprofessional. Probably even worse but you can't even get past the first step. Google needs to boot this app.

While this app has potential to be great, the current release desperately needs help...Why does this not utilize notifications? If it does not alert you why would you open the application just to "check" if you have an event? You don't open your phone wondering if someone is calling you do you? It either rings, dings, vibrates, etc... Pretty basic concept missing here. Historical data is lacking. We should be able to see all the same fields, data, pictures related to completed events if needed. Even if just by accessing the Goodyear server to retrieve it. If Goodyear intends and expects us to use this application for Non-emergency events, "In bay" then the app needs updating as the same process will not work. Essentially a great framework though but in my opinion...not ready for prime time yet.

No matter how many updates you do , there's always a problem. For example: UNABLE TO LOAD TICKET TOO OLD and you're barely starting the app UPLOAD TIRE PIX ooooops they accidentally got deleted while submitting SEVICE COMPLETED doesnt even let you complete / close the service because you gotta keep closing and opening the app until it wants to work. This app doesn't kill rolltime it adds to it.

this app is one of the worst I have ever had to use it goes off line all the time you have to shut your phone off just to get back on line I always thought a company would try to make it easier for a tech to use but this is ridiculous

i work for a company that depends on this app for all sorts of reasons. the one problem is the pictures do not upload which in return causes a low score rating and hurts the company. this must be fixed. asap.

So much for safety when you require techs to risk injury or life for some photos, I think the job has enough risk. Are the photos going to help determine a hit and run driver, or help a tech at 3am when he gets hit by a semi because he was worrying about taking some pictures? This app may cost a life one day so for that reason 0 stars
