Really terrible. 3 switches and I was only able to pair one of them (after about 15 goes). Switches are installed correctly, pop them into pairing mode, hit search aaaand.....NOTHING. The pairing process is cumbersome, unreliable and horrible to do. Once it's connected, it's OK, but still slow, and no local control to use third party home automation systems (such as Home Assistant). It's such a shame because the switches look so good!

brought an ipcamera and downloaded app.. in mode 1 the app will not sync to phone as seen on video.. after I put in my ssid and pass.w as seen on video..and will not find camera automatically.. still trying to solve issue.. with company. in mode 2 however it transmits an I can c the AP can connect and c video from camera but then I have no internet on phone..hence it doesn't connect to my router like it's shown on video n manual..

Timer does not work with the boiler switch (the boiler switch works, but when I set the timer it doesn't start on the time I set.) few months after I left that review, the timer still don't work. I don't believe it, but you made the app ever worse after the recent updates. I can't delete scenes anymore, I can't set timer anymore. What happened?

The app is easy to use after it's setup. It was difficult to set up, due to a compatibility issue with my HUAWEI phone. I used my HUAWEI tablet and it worked fine. Would like to see IFTTT support in the future to allow the switches to integrate with other smart home devices to allow uses.

Demo unit local control not working. Problem is solved. Restarting the power of the demo unit did not solve it but restarting all the devices into factory settings and adding/pairing the devices again with the HOST switch first then follow the other devices.

Terrible App - Alexa only recognizes one switch out of 13 that I have. Also, its not compatible with Smart Life App which makes it frustrating to automate! Kill the app and get compatible with Smart Life for better customer experience

My smart sockets and switches are linked wirelessly to the router. And my phone APP can control the socket and the switches remotely & locally if i have data bundle in my phone and also in the router at home. I know that if i don't have data in my phone and/or in my router at home, i can't be able to remotely control the devices.But, if i am at home where the devices are installed and don' t have data in the router, and connect my phone wifi to the router, my APP can't control the devices,Why?

mutual switches and scene switches are not appearing in the new app!! please solve this issue ** dear; before developping the super mutual there was normal mutual switches( i have more then 5) and its a big problem they arent appearing!!! ***'same for the scene switch ; its not appearing!!!

Ordered a number of switches for whole house. Hv an issue with 2 switches which simply wont work together in the same network. Suspect they are using a same ID. Only 1 of it can be identified at a time. The other one will not be identified once the other is installed and vice versa. Feedback to lanbon but they dont seem to understand the issue.

Timer issue, device randomly change the time , may be picking a different time zones, however not able to reset the timer to correct one even after delete the device and adding
