Reflexis SM enables store managers to speed up the scheduling process, viewing and adjusting staffing details from a smart phone or tablet. leaders are empowered to stay on the sales floor, helping customers and coaching associates.
From a tablet or phone, users can:
- Review and adjust associate schedules
- Fill and advertise unfilled shifts
- Create accurate labor forecasts
- Report on workload, labor costs, staffing efficiency, and more
- Review timecard details
The Reflexis ONE platform offers full functionality from wherever the manager is in the store; they can update labor schedules, assign tasks, and address real-time challenges from a smart phone or tablet, instead of leaving the sales floor to check a computer.
The mobile-first design of the Reflexis ONE platform ensures that all solutions are intuitive and easy to use on any device.
