    Simpro is very slow on setting up to use for your business and they want you to do 99 percent of it and then try to solve the issues. It took them a month and a half to set up and we could only talk to some one once a week on the training and they never fixed the issues and was going to get back to us. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AND CANCELLED BEFORE EVER USING AND DID NOT GET ANY OF OUT MONEY BACK BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO USE THE PRODUCT.

    It works I guess and slightly better than the older version but still made by a desk jocky for a desk jocky and not for people in the feild wanting something efficient

    Some assets don't bloody work and you have to close the app to get out of it as it'll freeze. Ofcourse when you do that you lose all data you have inputted!!!! I will now have to go back to paperwork and then copy to the app. Them email the office with paperwork. Still doesn't update everything to the office. Office say you haven't updated anything when you definitely have and have to keep proving it with screen shots. This is causing stress and upset at work. Wouldn't call it simPRO, just sim

    Frustrating to use on a tablet. Complete waste of time as it locks up and then wont let you log back in.

    The time block scroll wheels are far too sensitive, I have heard this complaint from other users. Also the format looks too much like you're reading a report, with not enough differentiation between the sections. Just remember her that we are looking at this app on a small screen and also 'on the go'. Also give us the ability to switch off the 'include current time' option

    It looks a lot better than the old connect, but that is as far as it goes. You don't get notifications of new jobs when allocated, you can't add a job on the fly (they have to be added by the office), assets keep disappearing when added. It's just to unreliable. A real shame as it should be so much better. I'm sure it will improve eventually but at the moment stick with connect.... That works.

    It will not update any information changed from the app by the engineer and results in the office not believing you've done your job. It now takes twice as long on any job and about to revert back to paper. Not impressed. So apparently the update on 17th May 2020 was meant to sort all the problems out. Just to inform you, it hasn't changed anything

    This app is sketchy. Our business has been trying to use it for about 4 months, while when it works how it's meant to, it's really good, but it has heaps of technical errors. One day it deletes all your entered info. The next day the screen is blacked out. The search only works with some of the information...and it only works sometimes. The Help desk people get confused with which app you're using. Lately it has been working much more smoothly. I can see it's getting better.
