Completely atrocious service. I am a lazy dude, so I kept it way longer than I should have. I can assure you, the service never gets better, every issue occurs on repeat and getting a solution never gets an easier. Save yourself time and hassle, AVOID at all costs. There are plenty of competitors now and it would be nearly impossible for them to be worse.

I've been with tracfone for many years and loved the service. Lately though I experienced nothing but trouble. I can't get a network connection and the phone basically became useless. I tried a new phone which didn't help, still got the same problem. Called the Tracfone customer service and spent hours on the phone with them but they weren't able to come up with anything to repair the issue. At this point I am very disappointed but am considering leaving Tracfone.

I chose track phone because there's no contract and no hassles. But I do find that things do not work properly on this cell. I don't know what to do. Sometimes it just dials by itself and I'm not holding it in my hand. There were no clear instructions how to change my cell number so that when I ask Google something it can send it to my new cell number. I feel kind of bad if somebody has my old cell number and is getting all my information. It is kind of funny but the directions are to change.

Edit: Lets me know my balance on everything... Talk, Text and Data. And it is accurate too... WHEN IT WORKS ! Won't initialize... most of the time it just says "Initializing... please wait". It used to be a great shortcut to get my balance info... now I have to go to Tracfone's website and log in to get my info. I have tried taking it off of my home screen and putting it back on, and I have tried restarting my phone too... still says same thing FOR DAYS. This app needs fixing... please fix it !!

I guess I'm just not going to be satisfied with this app I can't view my profile because I was never able to set one up. I've always liked TracFone because it's convenient it's very reasonably priced but if I can't have control over my privacy I can't use this app anymore or the service. And now it just keeps stopping every time I open the app it keeps stopping whenever I tap on anything inside the app what gives????

I switched to TracFone, due to the high cost of my other provider, it was said I could keep my phone and my number. I was able to use my phone but my number changed, ugh! Now in the process of changing my number on EVERYTHING! I guess small price to pay for huge monthly saving.

I have been with TracFone for many years. I've had very few problems, but when I did, the TracFone help center straightened it out for me every time. I have never purchased a bad phone from TracFone. Their phones are always good quality. I LOVE my TracFones!❤

Yes it in english ..Im really loosing patience w this trac fone.. Im nit upset w you.. I just am at my wirs end with the while tracfine vibe...Had trac fone 15 years.. This past year a hot mess.. Ive actually let things go cuz to stressful to try b explain everythkin..ive list money buyin data.. I couldbt tekl you how maby times i lost ten bucks on data i never got..I just kept buying till i finally got it... App used to be fine, but is now pretty much useless for months, now all I get is "your request is taking longer... plz try again later," initially I thought it was because an update was needed, but even after updating it the app is still USELESS. Frustrated I deleted the App for a few months and waited a few months and today I tried again. Well it's still useless, same nonsense shown, i.e no information about my account, what a waste of time. Yes, I have 611 txt for the info, but why not FIX IT!
