Reviews From google play store

I have a Motorola Moto e4Plus. This new application will not connect through Bluetooth using either the Bluetooth method or the manual method. I am using Android 7.1.1. The MyControl app is very difficult to connect via Bluetooth, but at least it connects and I'm able to steer my hearing a bit. I don't understand why Signia is not able to allow those whom have purchased these expensive instruments the ability to use them to their fullest. They're wonderful hearing instruments but are severely lacking in control using a smartphone. I purchased them thinking I'd be able to use my hearing instruments to connect to my phone for listening to audio amongst other things. I would recommend to Signia to create a bank of beta test users - not Signia employees - to run their control software by before they roll it out and have it be such a failure. Possibly create a new department at Signia that is focused only on control apps for Android and IOS. I'd be glad to be a beta tester and provide my time for free so that others could receive and enjoy an app in the future that works first time every time for all types of Android phones (I don't own an IOS device). So what say you Signia?

Reduced functionality from older app. No more data being taken. Layout is confusing...no back button when changing settings. Won't connect via bluetooth. Old app had no problem with bluetooth. This app is a downgrade from the previous. I have returned to the older app until they fix this one.

This app sucks. I have tried multiple times to connect my hearing aid to it. I have followed the steps that my audiologist gave me and it still won't connect. Update. I'm constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work.

App is not useable. On my Samsung S10+ the app freezes and crashes when I try to use it. And it doesn't recognize my Streamline mic. I'm going back to Mycontrol until they get the bugs worked out of this.

Doesn't work. Simply cannot connect to their own devices. Smart Direct currently the only app which works with my signias.

I really dislike that this app does not have the built in listening programs that mycontrol had such as cafe etc. This app is also not as user friendly as mycontrol.

1. Disconnects from phone if use back key. 2. Can't rename special programs. 3. Can't hear phone through app. 4. Can't save changes to special programs.

Works great! My hearing specialist, Darren Ricchi at Hearing Aid Associates got it all set up for me. Love everything about it!

Much less functional than the my control app. Also, constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. Still doesn't stream like the Apple app.

Control settings do not work most of the time. Settings keep returning to defaults.

Will not connect using my Samsung Note 8.

After learning how to use the app it works just fine.

Was hoping this new App would be better than their myControl App. But it is not. I see no additional features for me, and the BT disconnects as soon as the Streamline Mic accessory is turned on. So I went back to the my control app. For people who want both remote control and remote audiologist connectivity, this app may be better since the standalone apps for those functions are not compatible. BT pairing is incompatible with other BT stuff on my phone. I must kill other apps to make it work.

This app is not as good as the myControl app. It does not have the cafe and other preprogramed modes of the older app that can be useful. Presently it has much less capability then the ios app that is shown on the Signa web site. Signa has got to improve the android app as well as bluetooth conection capabilities. As a result, I have gone back to using the myControl app until it is significantly better. Also, it is not worth the effort to upgrade if you have myControl app installed.

This app is suppose to be better but disconnects from bluetooth. Going back to old app.

Poor feature set compared to myControl app on Moto Z2 with NX devices. Streaming doesn't work. Also missing a feature I use often, which is adjusting tone.

Not working with my Puré 3PX and Motorola G6Plus. Update, neither does it work with my new Moto G7plus

The Bluetooth won't stay connected Very dissappointed

I feel like the 6 million dollar man.

Poor app, never worked

This app works but you have to be patient. It took me two days to pair my hearing aids with my Google Pixel.. Once done, Signia App works beautifully.

Stinks as do the hearng aids
