All adjustments are lost when you attempt to view previous settings. The batteries run down in 3 days, even when disabled during sleep hours. I have 30 days to decide on a full refund of my $6,800.00. If these issues are not resolved within that time period my money will be better spent on a different company's product.

for android Works . . . Sometimes. Clunky. "Pairing" only produces a tone my left ear; I assume that this is enough since the volume setting works for both. But only when it works! Trying repeated small adjustments caused it to stop responding, and the app had to be restarted to continue. I'm not impressed by the tone control, but it can be used to cut the uncomfortable treble in some situations. I had no expectation of taking calls from the phone, since my hearing aids aren't Bluetooth equipped.

user guide Disappointed. I have worn hearing aids for 12 years. After spending over $35,000.00 over 12 years I thought these Hearing aids were going to be the best. Not so. I am continuously adjusting. The app helps somewhat but the it does not keep the adjustments. I have to continually readjust. My audiologist works well with me but I don't like going in all the time. Wish I had not bought them.

for iphone I hate this app! I have to reconnect it every time it opens and that is really frustrating. It looses the settings and has to be reset every time. Please Signia, fix this app and make it functional. I would also like to see independent volume controls for left and right.

for hearing aids Not that great, the sound volume always get back to 8 if you shot down or change, doesn't hold the volume ## on the same level , hope get better improvement. The earing aids in my personal opinion should be the best one, for this price almost $8000, but is NOT, I don't believe exist earing aids that good to help to improve hearing. My android doesn't work well with this earing aids 😒, they said works better with iPhone, really??? So I have to change my android with iPhone? Not happy

not working Absolutely horrible. Does not hold ANY settings; can not use if using remote; VERY limited functionality for adjustments; can't hear tones when changing programs; stops working and have to reset over and over; when having to reset, must use scan yet Professional Services dissappear so must contact provider directly; even when ranges for the base settings (volume & base/treble) are extended by provider to max, virtually no differences when change on app; no ryme or reason to when it stops working

website I'm still in my 6wk free trial. And I am overwhelmed with some new sounds but I am quite disappointed in the quality of the hearing aids they gave me to test out. Everything was great the first 2-3 days. Now for 1.5wks, they seem to be only as good as or a bit clearer than the $30 Miracle Ear(sound amplifier from drugstore). So, I'm still keeping an open mind and really want these hearing aids to work! It's awesome being able to hear my family & having conversations that aren't so 1 sided! Help

lication This is a pretty good app, connection is solid but.. still needs work, as its lagging behind all the other brands Apps, its missing a graphic equaliser plus to be able to adjust the volume for each hearing aid separately, this could easily be the best App just by having these simple things added. The built in Signia assistance is good, but no way of knowing exactly what is being changed? a simple graph to show the changes made would make this a "brilliant" App.

le watch app The old app worked better. For one, settings are not retained when the app is exited, so what's the point? Also, directionality no longer works - it did work in the old app. And what's with this "mask" setting people are talking about? My version (updated Aug. 25, 2020) says nothing about "masks." Pretty lame for an app that controls hardware costing US$5000.

mask mode Very disappointed that the app doesn't connect my android phone to my hearing aids. I was told they should have this ability by end of 2019. I also got the StreamLine Mic to use until the pairing was available. Very disappointing because it is difficult to hear and be heard on device. I did use the noisy environment option a few times while attending Astros baseball games, but didn't notice any difference. Please get updates done. My audiologist is great and responsive to my needs.

Sorry app...does not adust anything on my hearing aids. Sounds like ice crushing in my ears constantly. Cant get an appointment for a week. When they were trying to sell them they certainly got me in much quicker. I foresee returning them. I wish i would have gone to miracle ear. Everyone i know that has them love them but i chose these because of the small size. I hear no better than before. Within a short period of time i have a massive headache with these things, i hate them!!

Omigosh, that's a real nice prototype of a device to support Android. My Android ear buds wirelessly bluetooth-connect to any Bluetooth audio device made by anybody. But yours require that i buy a small suitcase from you to make one, and only one device work. That's not being Bluetooth compatible. That's just being compatible with your own equipment, quite a different situation indeed. The marketing for this high-end hearing aid is very disingenuous, and intentionally misleading.

Can't stream music like my $19.95 Bluetooth ear buds. Have to carry a small pouch to place the hearing aids and then put them back in my ears when done. I don't have to adjust the hearing aids hardly at all, so th see apps not very useful

Doesn't do much. Only stuff the device buttons already do. No directional control for 312. The "assistant" makes changes that you can't directly undo unless you immediately hit revert. Turning on and off doesn't undo assistant's changes. Needs many more capabilities.

I was hoping that sound from my Android phone could be played on my hearing aids. This app is very simple and doesn't do this. In the settings on my phone, it says the hearing aids aren't connected even though this app says they are. This app doesn't do much at all, just what the buttons already do.

My initial assessment is the app sucks. For those of that expected direct streaming to your blue tooth hearing aids, by a new phone or contact your audiologist & buy the device that will relay signals. Given Signia's advertising & the quality of your audiologist the device should be free. It translates BT to RF. The Bluetooth solely assists in controlling your aids. Back to the app. It apparently fails to reconnect & I'm only getting monaural feed into my left hearing aid & noise still comes in

Really poor app. Does not pair, cannot get a battery status or change volume. Useless. I know the issue is not my phone or my Bluetooth connection as the old app works fine. I will delete this failure of an app and stick with the old one.

Brilliant, Easy to use but be aware that changes made are temporary, when you switch off the hearing aids they revert to settings that are set by the audiology.

To basic! Needs more control of parameters like compression, noise suppression, tinnitus, the ability to save settings for recall and most importantly a graphic equalizer.

Not good why not have separate bass and treble controls? Even midrange? This is archaic for the money spent on hearing aids. More control and adjustment of programs would useful

When it works, it works well. There are times when I have to reboot the hearing aids and reset the app to my hearing aids. This happens way too often IMHO. Otherwise getting used to it was easy and the sound quality is very good. I don't miss any more dialogue.7/24 app is no working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, changed batteries. It is not working. Finally got an appointment with my audiologist. The firmware needed an update which only he could do. App was unusable without update.

Terrible What company in their right mind would make an app or make hearing aids for just one phone everything is for either Android or for iPhone it's not one or the other now I'm stuck with a hearing aids that only work for an iPhone my hearing aid doctor didn't even really describe that to me so I'm very perturbed at this company did not have the foresight to include both Android and iPhone when it comes to streaming or hearing phone calls.

Profoundly lame app. Why can't I stream to my Bluetooth hearing aid from my android phone? Why can't I use the microphones in the hearing aid to connect to the phone, make phone calls? All this app lets me do, when it successfully connects to my hearing aid, is see the battery level, adjust the volume, tone, and turn on & off the tinnitus program. That's it. Nothing else. I am so disappointed both with this app and with my Signia hearing aid. GET ANDROID SUPPORT!

Don't bother to use this unless you are willing to run out of patience trying all combinations before realising it does not work as intended. Volume control will decide to do its own thing when you switch programmes and reset itself, as will the tone balance. You cannot rename the programme names as you could in older versions. Most of functions that did work are now useless, I thought it was my phone, so tried my daughters phone and which had the same issues.

Difficult to use. Non standard Bluetooth pairing is a non-starter. Ludicrous that the most common used Bluetooth devices ( i.e. phone audio, TV audio and PC audio) can't simply be connected to the hearing aids. The lack of a list of custom 'hearing programs' is a big failing, nor is their a web site or App Store to load them from (my phone came with 3, and not likely what I would have chosen given a choice).

Old app (easytek) was phased out without notice. This new app does not support my Bluetooth loop (easytek) that was sold with my hearing aids. I cannot choose directional hearing while using the Bluetooth at the same time, this is imparitive for working in human services! This app forces your phone to use the subsonic frequencies - which do not work in do not disturb mode. While using the loop - the app thinks you're streaming - again you can't use the easytek loop.

Terrible! The old app was much better! You can't rename programs, the volume setting does not "stick" once set and must be readjusted constantly, the options are minimal and don't work properly. Junk in my opinion. I would like to reinstall the old app please!!

Signia App is user-friendly. However for some reason the earpiece volume setting returns to level 8 randomly. Looked for a save feature in the settings menu could not find one. Need to have a feature where you can save your settings to remember your last settings. This is why I am giving it a rating of 3. Signed Signia App User

Better than streamer/remote. More options (treble/bass balance, directionality, mask-carriers adjustment). Don't like: the way how volume etc. can only be adjusted through a slider widget, instead of through "+" and "-" buttons for ambi-sinistrous people with 5 thumbs on each hand. 😙

Good, but drops Blu Tooth connection when you go to another app (even to ck email) or if your phone has been asleep for a while. When you then go back into the app, you have to wait for it to load up and then connect. I'm using a Motorola, Android 8.1.0. Maybe it works better on an iPhone or Samsung, but those are expensive, especially after paying for the hearing aid.

Needs to be able to stream to Android phones. The answer below tells me that Android customers are not important enough to develop this app for us. No explanation of technical limitations is just a catch-all phrase. Additionally, from their new update of May, 2020: The Signia app gives you everything you need to enjoy your hearing aids to the full, and all tailored to your personal preferences: audio streaming, remote control and remote support*. All you need is your smartphone. Not True.

Why does it need the audio on the phone to be involved with changing the settings? I'm often streaming music through Bluetooth and have stop the music, disconnect the BT,,,,,, what a pain. The interface is clunky, your finger covers the setting number when you are changing it, so you have to take your finger off to see,,, put the number at the top of the slider! How about being able to save different settings for different experiences?

I loaded this app because I was told it was an upgrade for the mySignia app. Not true. I am having the same issues. Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own and the batteries don't even last a day. From looking at other responses I see that it is because I have an android and not an apple. Signia support says they have no intention of making the program compatible with an android device. My thinking is you do not care about people who have androids as you get a commission from apple.

I am so disappointed that Signia failed to inform me that it's software is incapable of proper function with Android cell phones. You are liable for misrepresentation done during your sales pitch. RDS .................. Well, I thought that the new Signia program, which has been downloading on this cell phone for the past ,9 plus hours would be a great step forward. But I will not see it nor use it. St least not today. This it remains as I wrote previously.

I am not impressed. When first setting up and pairing to bluetooth, it takes several attempts to get them to pair. Another problem is the volume control never seems to work right. Occasionally there is a tone when the volume for the hearing aids is adjusted but most of the time there is no sound changes when volume is adjusted. Most of the time there also isn't any difference in the sound level when adjusting the volume control. Finally the battery check never worked.

Nice control to use when it works, although it could use more features, like left/right balance. Bluetooth Connection is unstable. Often it won't connect at all or takes a long time if it does. Often requires killing & restarting app, restarting hearing aids, restarting phone or all of these. Can't get to the usage statistics feature. Our hearing aid tech says the iPhone version works much better.

It is very limited. Considering I'm paying 3900.00 for the device associated to this app, the minimum you'll expect is for the app to allow you to play music. Interestingly, the IPhone app does.

It's great to have control. Just wish I had more control, like independent left/right volume, even more direct control over how I hear my own voice.

Volume slider on the tinnitus setting does not work. No explanation of what the confirmation tone is supposed to sound like - but you are expected to confirm you heard it before you can use it. Help link in the app goes to a "contact us" button that requires access to your phone contact list - a bit too nosy - Im trying to find out how to get your non-working volume slider to work. Why cant you provide ordinary help pages (eg web based links) instead? Or at least test your software first?

This version of the Signia app is essentially useless. The previous version worked perfectly for 18 months, until a fault on one of my hearing aids meant they had to be replaced under warranty. Now, with the same Android phone, the App works for the odd day and then has to be re-installed. Totally frustrating! KM Cambridge UK

Crashes continuously. Nice when it works. All your settings have to be redone everytime it reloads. Doesn't remember anything. C'mon it's 2020 not 1990. Fix it Signia!

Basic. Works very well. It would be nice to see all of the functions and utility available on the Apple app. Available on the Android version. I don't understand the downgrade of features through Android.

I have had this Signia app on my phone for 3 days. The app continually drops out of the blu tooth connection and I have to restart my phone to reconnect to the app to my new hearing aids. This is very frustrating. If this is the updated version then I cannot understand how poor the app performance is in Australia. It certainly appears from other comments that this a very poor service from Signia and needs to be improved immediately. Why does this Signia app want access to my contacts ?

My hearing aids work perfict and connect to my phone for phone calls and for listening to music but this app will not connect at all. It will not let me controll my hearing aids at all and just keeps sherching for blue tooth signal. Im using the stream line mike and it is fully charged and im usung new battries in my hearing aids but it still will not connect to your app. I am using a LG Stylo 4plus Android operating system. Whats up don't??? Don't you think we are important customers???

Have been using the app for about a week. Even though I keep it loaded, after an hour or so the app turns off and I must wait for it to reconnect to bluetooth. Bluetooth connection is S l o w! I can control volume, Left or right balance and sound direction. I too would love full bluetooth connectivity with my phone and etc.

I am an audiologist and I have just started to use this app with my patients : Bluetooth connection is very unstable, the volume control does not often work and it took me several attempts to pair the aids. Not impressed at all so far, but I'll keep on trying to get more feedbacks from patients

Not real happy with the app... If I have my BOSE Bluetooth speakers running the app doesn't work, it wants me to disconnect from it first. I've had issues with the connection staying on and had issues getting my hearing aids connected. It works but has some major issues.

Does not stream telephone to hearing aids. Nor do telecare nor monitor batteries. Apparently only iphones and Google Pixel will do it all. Samsung dont do any of thes functions. SAMSUNG from series 5 will do remote volume & ballance control, select the various programs prepared by the providing hearing specialists plus you can report on each hearing aid battery charge level. BY 1. 2. OR 3 BEEPS! Other than that, the signia charge n go pure Xperience X, level 3 series are absolutely supurb !

Hopeless. Constantly loses connection to hearing aids. A big disappointment after such expense. Also would like to know why, in todays age, Signia only work directly with iPhone but charge £165 for a mic to stream to Andriod phones. I doubt I will get a reply. May well be going for the refund option

Limited options, only a couple of controls, would like to connect with other wifi devices. Costs of hearing aids are out of control and being dictated by very few large Corporations. The Signia App is ok for checking battery strength and balancing hearing aids.

Very very disappointed. Confirms my opinion that for the technology that's available today it's a con game to sell you junk for exorbitant prices. Was told this app would stream phone calls and would pair with phone to stream music. Hah!!! What a joke this industry is.

This application does not anything that Signia TouchControl doesn't do; in fact, seems to have less functionality. It would be nice to have a description of what balance do; sounds like it would adjust the bass/treble level but I cannot tell the diffetence.

The functioning should not be tied to the phone's media sound. To have the app function one is blasted out by the news media alerts. It should tie in to hearing as in a phone call.

Why does this need your location? It's bluetooth. I have an LG Stylo 5 phone and it sees my Signia hearing aids but this APP doesn't connect at all. There is a list of high priced phones the APP recommends so this APP must be some kind promo for those phones. Worthless APP.
