One of the worst apps I have used to deliver items. Zero customer service for the drivers. They never get back to you when you need them and take forever to reply. The bot is useless. I can't take any orders even after clicking the notification, they don't show up the on my app. Even though the app is updated, there is zero improvement.

I have created account for sherpa driver more than 3 weeks now and it's still not activated. All my require documents are uploaded but still nothing from sherpa very poor administration work. I downloaded Jimmy brings and within week I'm on road.

took almost 2months to recieve a video interview approval, then to follow police check and citizenship proof to attach before even any unguaranteed courier work?... i've been on Ubereats since then and made thousands already easily.

I agree with limiting assigned jobs, it's very inefficient that once at capacity all jobs drop-off the list until you clear one/all assigned jobs (particularly runs). Would it be better to be capped (pop-up alert remains) but jobs remain visible near us so we can end a job near a new pick-up location instead of it being a mystery that usually involves a lot of yo-yo'ing and time wasting? Late Rate 👍(accountability)but from a drivers perspective - we could streamline the process more.

What's the point of including a power button if we still get constant notification even when it's selected? There should be a way to go Offline and not receive a single notification until we are Online. Really annoying
