Sharaf dg services are poor specially when it comes to refund exchange. My just opened opened mobilephone was refused to be refunded or exchanged. Even the online amazon noon is much better in terms of after sale.

The people in Sharaf do deliveries riding horse but whenever it come to exchange they ride a snail.... So pissed. Horrible experience. I have brought brand new phone firstly they mislead on the app my phone says its dual sim and not locked to any network. After I get the device Its a Tmobile locked device and that too a single sim card device. Its been 12 days now I have paid for the phone and they haven't returned me my device. Horrible experience. Will never recommend anybody.

customer service doesn't really help i spent my time calling and sending them email about my order but they just say same old thing, and don't help customer to resolve the issue

Bad experience ، after i ordered iphone 11 pro while delivery proccess after 5 days the said its broken and cancelled my order and need to refund amount but phone price increased extra 300 aed so iam not beleiving its broken , they should give me another phone without cancelation . And i tried with support team by email they said same they cant give another one , no one help or care to find sulution . my order #W1504694-A

They canceled my consol oder as they don't have stock, still i didn't receive my refund. Very upsetting experience. I thought sharaf will be best choice for electronics purchases but it's not!!!

Good shop..but sales man will make you fool telling lot of lies..take care..plan before going to shop..i went to buy i phone 12,but salesman told lot of negatives about i phone and eventually i bought vivo s60 pro..but now am feeling unsatisfied by the attitude of sales executive,i phone still in my mind

I purchased hp gaming laptop online from sharaf dg. Before its was not clear about warranty. After purchasing I came to know the manufacturer hp warranty was consumed, and already close to expiry.They offered sharaff dg warranty for 1 year, I don't know why for a new product hp warranty is not given full. To my surprise laptop got repair within a year. I submitted for service. they came back and asked for money even though 1 month SDG warranty exist. Technician not aware it is under warranty
