Worst app I've ever used. First, you have to transfer minimum of $10 into the account and it wouldn't be refunded after. I would be okay with this if my experience was good, but it wasn't. Second, the app's location sensors are faulty, my location cursor kept showing me at locations that are not where I was at (couldn't find a bike because of this and even though I parked at the designated parking area, I had to pay a $5 fee because the app showed that I did not park there).

Beware, there is auto renew once u signed up for the pass!!! Dont be tempted by their 7 day free pass, it gets u on auto renew and it is well hidden. Do google hw to stop auto renew. It is my fault i did not read the fine print but I didnt even use the service at all for 4 months and got charged 44bucks. =( Ive submitted a complaint for refund. In this age where app stay competitive and try to be user friendly, this app goes backwards.

Solid F tier app. Bikes are in poor quality. It takes like forever to lock the bike and scan to end trips. The app has poor navigation and unnecessary taps. Lastly, my money was drained when I applied for SG Bike Pass, I wasn't informed that my money was being used when I checked my bank app. Please close down your services and dismantle every bike lying around this country.

The app and bikes are problematic but the 1 star is for deliberately deceptive design of the app and experience. Pass auto renewal is enabled by default but you'd think it's not because the button to stop auto renewal is greyed out giving you the Impression that it's not autorenewed. Until that is, you are charged. Have the larger fleet of bikes compared to others like anywheel but badly maintained. Main problem is the BIKE SEATS that are always loose and bikes that cannot be unlocked.

Horrible app. Doesnt even say u need to park at allocated parking lots; why would i want to rent a bicycle if i had to park it back to a designated lot. Tried 6 bikes only 1 worked. Most bikes have QR scrapped off or chained by 'owners'. 100% will not recommend to use. Best part, looking for the bike with the app is 'impossible'. Network error shows up non stop Please dont waste ur money w this app.

The QR code wasn't working at the parking so I took 3 photos and sent it to them through help option so they can close it. To my surprise they charged me $73, after 3 days, they let the meter go on and never replied to me. I filed another ticket (total 4x) but still don't receive any reply from them.

Redeemed the 7 days free pass and tried unlocking the bicycles at ECP but I couldn't unlock any of the bicycles there. The app loaded until 99% and then an error message appeared stating to try again on another bike. There wer3 a few bikes with invalid QR code too. It was really frustrating. This app is quite useless so don't bother trying this. And remember to turn off Auto Renew if you added your card.

Report issue can't see pictures When reporting issue, select pictures and take photo, it just show black color instead of the pictures itself. It can't preview the picture. Nobody maintain bicycle even is faulty is still able to unlock and some working bicycle unable to unlock and reported as faulty especially in east cost park area

I tried reporting that the "Ride is still in progress" after locking and parking at designated area and it says "Exceeded number of feedbacks." This is ridiculous as I seldom give feedback through the app itself. This is an emergency and it doesn't allow me to report the bike? Unacceptable Already emailed because the app is still stuck with the "Ride in progress" even after relaunching/reinstall and removed my card.

Sucks beyond words. The QR code can only be scanned after we add credit card, only to found out that the bike is faulty!!! Not to mention 5 bikes in my area, ALL NOT WORKING!!! If only I can select zero star I will do that.
