If ZERO star was available I'd rate that. I can't login coz the app says the version needs an update, when I click where its suppose to direct me to update it says app installed. How am I suppose to update it ??? I REGRET BUYING AND WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS WATCH MXM

First reaction to this app is a negative one unfortunately. Just like many other reviewers here my main gripe is with the gps location. It is useless. I got this app first and foremost to be able to locate my todler and communicate with him via his watch. First Found him in the water 300 meter off the swedish shore. 6 hours later he was on a ship moored in the harbour. No amount of tweaking the settings, LBS on/off fixed the problem. This app fails the most basic task of gps location.

Great watch, works well but it's absolutely pointless if the app never works. I have updated it, logged in and out. It doesn't give me the correct location, it's no longer alerting me to low battery or even SOS. I never get notified of chats any more, only if my child calls me.

I wish app name was provided with advertising so you can check out these app reviews before buying watch. Watch itself is great, but app needs LOTS of work. Constantly says 'no connection' with full 4G coverage. Drops contacts in app and when re-add all duplicate on watch. GPS tracking does not work, child sitting next to me and GPS shows child is interstate! Extremely disappointed as GPS tracking was a main feature that I wanted on the watch. Main feature missing on watch/app is SMS messaging.

Great watch and ability to speak to my son. Though just moved and haven't yet set him up properly outdoors. Does work in the house. To improve: the Footsteps are about 100 steps out. We know because we are in quarantine and used to have a garmin vivofit. Need to make voice calling on WiFi available. Not just data from sim card. Add 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 min timers. The app for.parent should work like a phone app. Not something you have to open to check.

I used it for the first time and set all parameters as i wish .. after few weeks i relocated and tried to log in again but it keeps showing a message: device authorization ... Though it fail to authorize and now i can't log in again to my kid's device!!

Good but needs improving. Theres no instructions as to which icons mean what in the app. When you check the location it only shows the last location then I find myself pushing all the icons until it updates to current location but I don't actually know which one it is. The pedometer doesn't seem to work and again no instructions on how to use it. Everything else is great though.

These apps are all related and from the same place, SE Tracker, SE Tracker 2, Angel watch. Told me I was using it too much, and I have to wait 11 hours to try again. What a joke.

Good app but please add an option to disable the tracking frequency. I use a watch to give my mother an alarm that works anywhere but there is no need for gps/lbs positioning and this one hour option still drains battery when inside.

1 minute tracking is no more available. The shorter available interval of 10 min. is far too long for any practical aproach (25 min walking and only 2 marks on the path).
