Description
ServiceLink Flex keeps service technicians productive anywhere by eliminating paperwork and enabling full offline work. Technicians can view work orders, update notes, capture job information, and record SMU readings directly beside the equipment, even with no internet connection. All changes are saved locally and sync automatically once the device is back online, reducing delays, improving accuracy, and keeping field and office teams aligned.
