ClickSoftware’s Service Edge mobile app enables field resources to receive schedule updates and submit work status and completion information. As a state-of-the-art mobile app, it is designed to be fully operational even when offline and to automatically and seamlessly sync with the Field Service Edge system.
The use of the app requires a Field Service Edge environment and provisioning of the mobile user credentials.
