Premium features (subscription) like climate react and geo-fencing is not reliable enough. recently climate react (with "feels like") always fails to trigger for turning on AC (felt that this function was asleep), previously this was very stable. The customer support was very fast to respond but this past week there's no response whatsoever. I would not really recommend subscribing unless u really really need these features.

I see I'm not the only one to have problems with sending commands to my AC failing too often and I'm not sure anymore my AC will be ON or OFF when need it. So probably it's not position of my Sensibo or line of sight because it's just next to my AC. You need to make faster server to handle all devices and user commands. App need to have the possibility of repeating same command in this case!

Works exactly as promised. Love being able to set schedules and Auto turn off my kids AC who always forget Would be nice if somehow it could tell if the AC was on or off when the OEM remote is used instead of the app, but don't see how that would be possible since there isn't a direct integration into the unit, and it's besically a remote relay. Great buy either way. Bought one for my master bedroom, where I wanted it the most, but ended up getting 5 more for the other rooms in the house.

The (relativly) new UX UI design is an amazing leap forward to the highest levels of perfection. We are very early Sensibo users and had multiple hardware generations, and from few times that we needed the support over the years, it was amazingly professional, nice and effective. Well done and thank you for a great product which greatly improved our life. (BTW, we also connected it to a smartwatch, so it's specially cool!)

It is nice product and I can't understand something really simple. We can buy a universal ir remote to make exactly the same things. But I buy this product for some more extra things and I have to pay again more per month a plan for what?with less money can make exactly the same and create routine inside the home assistant without any extra money...I don't think that I suggest the product to some one else As for your reply I can name you a product that can make exactly the same with less price

"Climate react" stops to work without any reason. Sometimes get error message, sometimes don't. In a long run ac consums more electricity because the unit stops control it and original remote is not in use. The support says that the problem in my router while I don't see any connection between holding a specific temperature and to be connected all the time to the Internet.

I just payed a fortune for the device and now you want a monthly fee for premium features. I bought the device to automate my AC, that's literally all it's for, how can you possibly charge extra to unlock the app? Outrageous!! Edit: the device is sold to save you money, and then plus is advertised on the premise of properly saving you money, I can't believe if I want to use geo fencing, sure it will switch my device off but climate react will turn it on agen. Lots of misled customers in reviews

No widgets - every time you have to open the app. Premium features are nice. I expected more integration with Google home (you can't set all the ac features via Google home, but you can from the app)

The Sensibo system lets me control both split-duct and window a/c units via Alexa and also via the app. The app has been continually improved in both speed and features, making my smart home even smarter. It works well, and makes my life easier and more comfortable, which is all anyone can ask.

Raises costs instead of lowering them. If you configure to turn AC on when humidity > X and off when < X-1, it turns on but often not off, leaving AC on until manually turned off. Support is useless, wants me to monitor it 00:00-7:00 until I detect when exactly it occurs. Also misses manual commands, can't sort A/C list, not supported as IFTTT trigger, innacurate humidity sensor (+-37% compared to other sensors), and dev merges unrelated requests, misinforms, and runs fake "limited-time" sales.
