SEIC MICRO learning strategy through micro-training
With the help of the SEIC MICRO application and the micro-training method, various knowledge contents are prepared comprehensively and deepened by short and active training steps.
The classic form of micro training for learning uses an algorithm. The questions are processed in random order. If the question is answered incorrectly, it will be repeated until it is answered correctly three times in a row in the lesson. This creates a lasting learning effect.

In addition to basic learning, degree learning is also offered. For this purpose, the system automatically divides the learning cards into three levels and randomly assigns them to the training participant. A so-called "rest phase" in time form is provided between the stages. This is necessary in order to achieve compatibility between levels and a sustainable learning effect.
