Description
Polysomnography (PSG) is used for diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It is usually expensive and time consuming. Several questionnaires were developed for initial screening of OSA. We collect 4 common questionnaires for personal evaluation of OSA: Epworth sleepiness scales, Berlin questionnaire, STOP-Bang questionnaire, and STOP questionnaire. You can also record in different day to note their changes.
(These questionnaires were not used for diagonsis of OSA. Further evaluation should be performed by department of otorhinolaryngology and chest.)
