The SCM app is a dedicated app for Lotte Home Shopping partners.
Use Lotte Home Shopping SCM quickly and easily anywhere.

■ Main features
1. Check order/cancellation/return status: You can check the status of order received/non-shipped/out of stock/returned/undeliverable/out of stock for the desired period.
2. Notices: You can check the main SCM notices.
3. Customer VOC response registration: You can register responses to customer VOC inquiries.
4. Product price approval: Price changes can be approved for products requested by the MD.
5. Arrival reservation: You can reserve the arrival inspection time for products received at the distribution center and check the reservation details.
6. Programming confirmation/supply plan: You can register the supply plan schedule and quantity before broadcasting.
7. Registration of stocking request: When additional stocking occurs, you can request stocking.
8. Change the sellable quantity: You can change the sellable quantity of the product.
9. Contract (agreement, special contract) inquiry/information: You can view the contract, sign it, or reject it.
10. Account registration/change request: You can register a new account, change or cancel a settlement-only account.
