- Adds new "settings" tab since the old android settings menu is no longer visible

- Provide a tool for importing old synths.

Note: due to android changes, if you have already created synths saved to your device, they may no longer be available! Please use the settings tab to re-import those into the app. Apologies for the issues. Feel free to reach out to support and I can help if needed.
