Samsung Visit In is an application of Samsung Electronics which provides location-based functionalities consuming extremely low-power.
Samsung Visit In basically doesn't have app icon, but you can add it as follows.
* Settings -> Apps -> Samsung Visit In -> More settings(gear icon) or Samsung Visit In settings
Samsung Visit In is one of the feature of Samsung account and enabled with your separate consent to customization services, news and special offers, and to the customized ads or enhanced personalization of such news and offers. When you have enabled and when you are near participating Samsung or third-party stores offering benefits or coupons, you will receive relevant marketing information about Samsung product and services through push notifications.
You can disable it at any time by turning off Get news and special offers in Samsung account settings.

Location: Used to identify the locations for providing special offers and benefits about Samsung's products and services in participating stores and places.
Phone: Used to prevent emergency pop-up message in case of incoming calls.
