Never place an order this App. It is better use amazon or any other shopping app. While placing an order it shows 5-6days and once the order is placed the time frame increase to 10-15days. The customer service do not have any idea on your products or the offer going on. Once the app is updated and you have to re-login, all the order status is lost. If you are using this App you are on your own. I'm disappointed by the app and the service that comes with it.

The experience in clear words is pathetic. I don't know why the hell the app is rated 4.5 stars on play. extremely long delivery times, and still further shipping delays. The service people don't know the current stage of delivery of the product themselves. Feels like only you're the only one making efforts for the product and samsung doesn't even want to sell it to you. Miserable experience.

Worst app ever to order electronic item. If a product is defective than the support team doesn't take into consideration instead they say wait 24/48 hours someone will be assigned for pick up. However it has been a week no one has reverted from the Samsung support team. No senior is speaking to customer and we have to keep the item intact so any further damage don't happen. Also after the pick up they will investigate and then final refund will be initiated.

Never buy anything on this app. You will receive slightly damaged products. I personally got damaged products twice. At first got damaged TV, after multiple attempts for months they finally sent a team to inspect and initiated refund(still following up for my money). Though it's a time issue and ordered samsung s20, even this has got slightly open pannel. Didn't return/replace because I am afraid I have to follow up for months for money.

I always get a message "Something went wrong. Please try again later" whenever I open the app. I am not able to view My orders everytime I open the app. Same message again and again which is really annoying. I have cleared the cache and data from app settings but still I see this message. Most of the items in the shop are out of stock. If you don't have stock why do you display it to the customer. Pathetic app.

Well i am here to update my review but the star Will be same as previous 1 only 😑.The Samsung shop is good & fine , But the main Problem is there with the Installation & Demo team,no matter how many times you call them there will be no response they will just say we have put you request in top priority that's it and Nothing will happen afterwards. They will make you buy products by showing lucrative ads. But can't help with the simple installation process. This is so frustrating😑😑👀........

A very pathetic app to purchase from. Ive been a Samsung customer over 10+ years. Ordered a watch from here while the agent online. He assured delivery in 2-3 days. When I reached out to the customer service, they said delivery was extended. I even sent an email which I got no revert to. There is still no update and no response. Please do not purchase anything from here.

Don't use this app. Otherwise you will be cheated. The product never be delivered. And there customer care will never help you. This is a group of frauds and cheaters. The coupon code will expire without using. Then they will call you and ask you install the app in different phone with new mobile no. And again same will happen. After you will order the product without coupon.

It is timewaste ordering in Samsung shop. Never never never order in samsung shop. It was horrible experience purchasing in it. It has been 10 days after placing the order and 4 days after completing estimated delivery date. Still I didn't get the order and no proper response from customer care. Too much delay ... The Samsung give a delivery date but the we have to wait for another 10 or 12 days more to receive your product. [ May be needed lots of communication] No communication will be there till the product is packed. After-words all the updates will be there. This is the main bad experience. Even though they supplied me a nice quality product after a long waiting time. Now I am Happy with Samsung galaxy watch4 😎 [ Price is little bit high 😭 ] A review can be expected later👍...
