Reviews From google play store

I've used Google pay, Apple pay, and now Samsung pay. Samsung pay is the best!! I love being able to just swipe my card up from the bottom of the screen. Also, it's great that I can use this on older terminals that don't accept nfc payment.

Very convenient! I just went to the counter at Starbuck's and didn't bother to bring my wallet. It doesn't work absolutely everywhere, but Samsung Pay works in lots of unexpected places where other phone payments normally don't work; This is due to a radio on Samsung phones that works with many magnetic stripe readers. Samsung Pay also works with some gift cards, membership cards, etc. My wallet sinks down to the bottom of my bag, and I scarcely need to dig it out anymore.

Works great and anywhere with a magnetic strip reader of any kind. So the most versatile of any mobile payment service. Love it.

Samsung pay has been good for the most part but last week I was stuck at the gas station because it would not work with mobile gas. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app and it took an hour before I was able to get any gas because my card information would not wipe even after a data wipe of the app. I did get it working again after that but I look at Samsung pay differently now. Other than that it hasn't given me any problems in the two years I have been using it.

Have been using for 2.5 years. Love the convenience. Disappointed in the current rewards. Points expire quicker than you can earn them (and I use it at least 50 times a month) and there are no more cash rewards. Loved it when I could earn a $50 credit card! Don't even look at rewards anymore but the convenience is still there.

Works fantastic everytime for me on my Note 9. My wife has Apple pay and she might as well be carrying around a old pile of dog poo to hold over a card reader to pay... Update : Have used it for well over a year now and it's still enjoyable when the clerk tells me "I'm sorry Apple pay won't work here." and they get confused when it works. Only a couple times I had to scan it a second time. And my wife no longer uses Apple Pay and just carries that dog poo.

This pay app is absolutely the best. Every other pay pay with phone app, like apple pay, Google pay etc the store needs a specific device to receive payment from your phone. Samsung pay however works just like your credit card works so you can use it pretty much anywhere where you cab swipe a physical card. I've had so many situations where the cashier says "no no we don't take that here" (thinking I'm using apple pay) then I just put my phone to the swiper section and it works like magic!

Omg..I had problems at first but I got it and I love it!!! This is so true!! I went grocery shopping, freaking left my wallet in my gym bag...not realizing I didnt have to the register at Walmart. Went to grab my credit card and didnt have my wallet, I always forget to use my phone force of habit using the cards. I panicked and then realized I had the cards on my phone!!!... So yes, i really love it Thanks Debbie from New Orleans La

Love the app but there are a couple of annoying things about it. I'm suppose to touch the back of my phone to checkout but I have a phone cover that closes and puts my phone to sleep and then samsung pay stops. Also it doesn't make a confirming sound once it goes through. I love not having to carry around my purse but it is just a little awkward for me right now.

I have not had too many issues with this app. Other than here and there it varies whether it wants to work on my watch or phone. Which tends to be embarrassing in a line of people. Also the point system is jacked. I've been using this app for most of my purchases for almost a year and still havent managed to get enough points to even get the cheapest thing. Other than the ridiculous amount they charge to enter into raffles. Wish they would offer more especially for people who regularly use this

I loved this app back when I had my Galaxy S7 Edge. But ever since I upgraded to the S10, this app has been buggin!! It just stays on the "Getting Started" page and keeps loading. It's annoying because I can no longer make mobile payments with the best mobile payment app out there! I had no choice but to get Google Pay 😔 I looked up solutions to this dilemma, and even called Samsung Pay support, but nothing they suggested helped. So now I'm waiting for an update to fix the problem.

The rewards system used to be pretty good where you could earn points and redeem it for visa prepaid cards of various values. They have removed this option, now only allowing the points to be spent on various high cost samsung items. No longer is it rewarding to use this app and I will no longer boast about the rewards that samsung provides which would make it better than apple pay.

Easy to use and add cards, but over half my cards can't be added lol. My main bank, and a couple credit cards. But I did get the Samsung digital prepaid card and added another prepaid debit card I have through Simple. Can't add my American Express bluebird prepaid card though. Other than wishing I could add more of my cards it's a great feature.

I love it. I have multiple cards tied to it and it's super simple to switch between them . The slide up feature on my Note 10+ and the thumb print makes it all work one handed and is easier than having to reach up and swipe down and turn on NFC then having to remember to turn it off. Plus its WIDELY more useable than the other options. Its basically perfect in my opinion. My only knock on Samsung about it is that most people who see me use it are shocked and never heard of it. I am giving this app 2 stars for its Chance to win feature which is clearly rigged. I played the same one 50 times and it landed in the exact same spot every single time. The chance to win feature is specifically set up so not only do you use up all your points but you get nothing for it. I'm also giving it 2 stars because there are not many ways for you to earn cash back which makes it almost impossible to cash out.

Awesome! Works in places that Apple Pay and Google Pay don't. It works differently than those, so basically any place that has a card reader, you can use Samsung Pay. Even if the merchant doesn't accept the others, this will work. One cashier thought I was magic, she asked me if I was from the Harry Potter universe, because they didn't take "phone payments ", yet my Samsung Pay worked! LOL! I LOVE Samsung Pay!

I just used it for the first time today. It was easy to set up. You can take a picture of your card or enter the information manually. I made a purchase, had absolutely no clue what I was doing, and neither did the cashier. But the user interface was simple and Intuitive enough that I got it on the first try. Absolutely love it. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a mobile pay system.

Absolutely love the rewards program and benefits. Fairly easy to use. 2 issues I have with it compared to Apple pay and Google pay is the countdown and slow read. The countdown is counter productive when you have issues with the scanning device and it reads slower that other services I have used.

I have been an electronic payments evangelist since Apple Pay came out. Today I got the chance to use Samsung Pay with a regular terminal that didn't have NFC. I geeked out as it worked without a flaw. Way to go Samsung. I am going to use this for everything. Great tech that is easy to use and very secure.

Horrible. Couldn't verify any cards because the app kept having "connection issues." Tried 3 different bank cards. Tried adding membership cards. Again, connection issues. Tried a different wallet system, no issues at all. Oh, but when I tried purchasing something from Samsung or adding the Samsung cash card, zero connection issues. 10/29/2019 UPDATE: Issues were fixed. Works like a charm now.

Will not work at all. Have a brand new Samsung S8 that Samsung Pay will not work on. 300+ apps work but this is the only one. Resetting my phone should not be a solution for poor programming. Many people have this issue that you should address. I have taken all the steps talked with support yet I can not use this app on a Samsung phone. You think Samsung products would work on Samsung products...

Useless. None of my cards are supported, including Lloyds, MBNA and Halifax. Also, they force you to sign up for marketing, which is against GDPR regulations. It says it's optional, but if you untick it, you can't proceed. They encourage you to write to your bank to get your cards supported, but surely that's their job? Uninstalled! :(

Tried to use it today for the first time after having installed on my phone for two years and it wouldn't work! Luckily the merchant was very nice and let me told me to come back tomorrow to pay with my actual card! I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and now it will not open!

Loving it!! Sometimes when I am at work I can use this app with the vending machines. Very handy.

Sad face..this app still does not work! I've tried using this app with my S9 and nothing! 1 year later I can't get this app to work. Please fix, every time I select the check box "By tapping Get started..." the app freezes and never let's me add my cards in. I am not the only one with this issue. Please I love you Samsung, you guys make the big bucks....

Great app. Very nice use with Samsung watch. But for some reason I cannot update my new credit card details onto Samsung pay - says bank not on the list. Used to work with my old credit card. Slow with updating the software to use newer credit cards. Needs improvement.

Used to be able to use MST and leave my cards at home but now I'm forced to bring them along, when places don't have tap, because it magically stopped working. Called Samsung, they said it was still available and working. Reinstalled. Re-added cards. Still doesn't work. Useless.

Just began trying out this application, do not have enough personal usage experience to give it a perfect score ie 5 stars...yet. Initial setup on my android, to include biometric based lockdown, & my 1st online transaction was praiseworthy enough for a preliminary 4 star rating. Will hopefully update in the future.

I like Samsung Pay. It's safer while traveling. However, the ads the introduced in the latest update is uncalled for. I'm sure Samsung is getting some type of kick back from the banks that participate. There is no need to show additional ads. This is annoying. I'm on the verge of using my points and removing the app all together.

Makes transactions quick and easy... without having to pull out my wallet, secure and with my gear s3 watch even better!

Started really good, but now the program sucks. I used to utilize it everytime I pay, but not using it anymore after they got rid of cash reward card. Also, I have thousands of points that expires every month, so I can't expect to accumulate points for future redemption when it keeps expiring. It's like I'm earning points that will expire at the end of the month. So now, I don't care if all my points expire, no plans here to use it anymore.

I love using Samsung pay, except every few months there is an update that loses all my cards. I then have to call various Banks and wait on hold to speak to a person so they can get the cards re activated. Since it happened last time I haven't bothered to add my cards back.

With the last update and using Nova Launcher, you can no longer swipe up on the home page to launch Samsung Pay if you go to the recent apps screen. Edit: The latest update 3.7.65 fixes the issue with Nova Launcher so you can now swipe up from the bottom to directly get into Samsung Pay.

I bought this phone in korea but I live in Canad. When I tried to set up samsung pay it tells me I cant even set it up and I should use korean sim card. Big disappointment.

Works almost everywhere. It is always fun successfully paying with this app right after the store clerks say, "Sorry we don't take Apple Pay here." I also like get a toast notification after making a purchase. I use a budgeting app and the toast notifications remind me to input my purchases. Awesome app. No complaints.

Finally getting all my transactions. However, you make everything so expensive to buy with your points you have to save and save and save...... But then if that wasn't bad enough now my points expire.... in the last 2 months I've lost 2000+pts. The only good thing this app is good for is if you forgot your wallet at home but have your phone so you can pay. Bring back lower items like the gift cards you had before.

Super convenient!!! I absolutely love this feature and I don't think I'll use anything else ever again. Some stores will tell you they don't take it but in every experience so far it's just because they don't know that they actually do. We've also used our Samsung pay at the atm. I'm a very forgetful person so this is especially handy when I forget my wallet at home!!!

Its awesome that this works even when places don't support the "phone tap" (nfc). It can actually fake the magnetic strip on the credit card, which feels like magic (at least on Samsung devices). Its cool to have the cashier tell you they dont support apple pay, and then go "hold my beer™️" and get it to work anyway. The only thing I wish is that if the phone is already unlocked, it would be nice to have it pay without having to enter an additional fingerprint, like google pay.

After I changed a fingerprint, samsung pay has not been working. It will not let me do anything in the app. Tried multiple times of uninstalling and reinstalling but it will not let me get past the accept terms. Before all this, I loved the app!

The chance to win is so rigged. I'm sure no one has won anything, all I keep winning is 20 points, that's it. It will keep landing on the same color every time. Just a way for people to waste their points, and if you dont use them you'll lose them. Ugh. Stupid.

Works well with a Samsung phone even on older pay terminals. The point system as a reward mechanism for using the app is pretty much useless. Points can expire, and you rarely even build up enough points to redeem for something like a cheap like a phone cover, even if you are platinum member and use it at least once a day.

Samsung note 10 plus, so far so good. I haven't had any problems with the app. I just signed up for the Samsung pay cash less then 30 minutes ago and everything is activated and working perfectly. I was giving $5 for signing up, which was in my samsung pay app as soon as I updated my account from lite to full. Doesn't cost anything. They'll actually give $5 per an account fully activated till Nov 15th 2019. I've already spent $1.79 of that $5 on new font for my phone!!

It is nice and easy to set up and use. You dont have to look for ur card in ur wallet just to take it out and put it back, just one phone tap is all you need. Makes grabing and go twice as fast especially if you're already on your phone.

I love using Samsung Pay. I mostly love the fact that I am given a virtual card number, so my actual number isn't shown on receipts. I get points for things I buy, and I get cashback when ordering from some vendors through the app. I highly recommend Samsung Pay.

It was working fine earlier but some how my Samsung account automatically log off and when i login again with correct email address and password it was saying invalid account then i formatted my note 9 now the app i have to download and now its like soon you will get to pay with your device... bad updates just ruins my awesome nfc payment experience to 1 star Hope Samsung sees my problem

I like the Functionality of this App (THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS TERRIBLE!)! The App DOESN'T WORK when I have large $$ dollar purchases, so I miss out on BIG points, and THE REDEMPTION SYSTEM IS STRAIGHT ROBBERY! I can't acquire My points, yett Samsung wants to sell You points? Convenient... Yes. REWARDING... HELL NO!!!!! GOOGLE PAY... HERE I COME!!!!!

The most robust phone or watch pay system. Works in all credit card swipe machine and doesn't need the "tap to pay" module installed. Since Samsung enabled this many years ago, I have then and am still getting merchants telling me their machines don't work with that as I'm taking, then are very surprised when it works... Apparently not many people are using this function, but should. BOA said they have had a lot of fraud with this, but I've had no problems.

STILL after all this time, the Samsung Pay app does not work with my Gear S3 watch. "Card issuer not supported" on watch, but the very same card works just fine on my S8 phone. Very frustrating! Any updates on this?? The card issuer I have works just fine on my S8 phone, just not on my watch here in Canada.

Used to be the reason I bought a samsung. Rewards are non existent. You cannot save enough because they expire now. And you cant use them fast enough to prevent them from expiring thousands of points to use and you can only spend 20 at a time and wait for a 20 second animation over and over again. But wait rather than rewarding how about you by missing points? Way to ruin this one guys.

I always do my money transfers via cash app but for some reason cash app hasn't been working so I chose to try Samsung pay since I am a Samsung user and I found the process quite easy it was actually very easy to use very easy to set everything up and I was able to transfer money from my bank account to my Samsung pay and pay for my purchase

OMG how do more people not talk about this. Samsung pay automatically deploys a feature on S6 and newer phones unique to samsung pay called "MST" or Magnetic Stripe technology. in other words it tricks the credit card machine into thinking you swiped the mag strip of a credit card. This makes this app on samsung phones useable at EVERY credit card machine. Just hold the phone over the swipe reader and the app does the rest. Google pay/Apple pay/Paypal cant touch samsung pay.

So far it's worked perfectly no problems no nothing I enjoy not taking my card out and putting my pin.. in Sorry I had to take away a star but now everywhere I go I am having to put my put My pin number in Which is irritating because as the only reason I have Samsung pay Installed??😒😒😒

All my credit cards disappeared from my watch today gear S3 3 hours later I finally got all but my Discover Card to add back to my watch. It will not allow it back on my watch Samsung says when my info is transferred it is adding a question mark to my name. Samsung is aware of the problem and their only (maybe fix) is reset my watch.. That's not an option!! Discover says not anything they can do. Samsung was no help at all.. Done with Samsung pay and probably the watch!!

No wallet or phone needed. Works like the strip on the back of your card... so unlike iphone pay.. this one works EVERYWHERE. I have yet to find a place where it doesn't work. And you earn points. I absolutely love it. And since it only works with my fingerprint it's extremely secure.

Samsung pay has been a real benefit to me when I'm shopping or picking up something to eat especially since my debit card has not been working properly and with a quick tap of your phone you pay and your done. I definitely recommend Samsung pay for daily use!

Awesome that it works with NFC as well as Mag-stripe spoof My only complaint is that I can't seem to turn on the fingerprint sensor gesture without the little home screen swipe up icon at the bottom of my screen. Otherwise, a fantastic payment option. The mag spoofing simply puts it on top of its competitors.

App doesn't want to start. I press the "Get started" button and it loads then it stops. I already restarted my phone, erased the app data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And it's still not working. What can I do to solve the problem?

Looks like the fixed it again. 10/4/2019 Edit*** It used to be a great app. Now it constantly (every 30 mins) pings for location pretty much draining the battery. The app also won't let you disable location services and you can't prevent it from happening neither. Went from max stars to 1. Absolutely great significantly better than Apple pay since it uses it mimics the magnetic strip on the cards instead of NFC

I love Samsung Pay and I've replaced my traditional credit and debit cards with it. However most recently (last update) they are now pushing some "Samsung Pay Cash" card which is located in my actual payment cards list with no way to remove it. I don't like have to see this ad, 247 with no way to close or remove it. This ad wasn't there in the last version. I love the app and once this is removed you'll go back to a 5 star rating!

Best mobile wallet. It's easy to use and I like that it can be used at most places even if they don't accept mobile payments since it can communicate with the mag stripe reader. I only wish the card designs looked like my actual cards. My wife has Apple and her cards have the same design that is on her card. Mine are all generic.

This app has never worked since the very day I bought this phone (note 8) almost 2 years ago. I've always used Google pay. I finally got fed up that my own phone manufacturer can't support the pay service and called Samsung pay customer service. They said to wait for an update. After two years of not a single update working ! This is absurd I will be switching phone manufacturers if this is the level of customer service

Thank god. I use this app for pay anywhere in the store expect they not have a tap. Sometimes I forgot left my wallet at my home or in my car. I'm not like when go back to get my wallet. That's amazing app. Recommend you use this app if you forget your wallet often.

Not sure what happened recently but for the past month or so this app will freeze & give an error message when you try to log in. Had to start using Google Pay instead. Shame because it was easily the best mobile wallet for me when it worked.

Amazingly handy and so helpful. If only they'd do a little bit of information sharing with stores, cashiers consistantly break VISA rules when they try to deny my use of my VISA debit card through this app. If you accept VISA or MC, you MUST legally allow people to use this app.

Ok ok! I'll rate the app! Good lord lol. Love it. It works really fast and is very easy to use. The coupons are nice too. User friendly, attractive, and I like the iris scanner. It's really fast

This app isn't very reliable. It often takes several tries for it to work and the "rewards" are pointless. By the time you get enough points for anything other than a sweepstakes, your points will have expired. And yes, the points you earn expire really fast.

Set it up to use from time to time. Went on vacation and discovered it lightened my life. Now in one hand I carry my phone, camera, and cc. Yeah Samsung Galaxy and Samsung Pay app. Plus easy to quickly review what i spent and where. Thanks.

So far it hasn't worked well, not sure if it's a combination of where it's being used or the age of the card readers (however new) but it's great when it does work. Just needs a bit more work to make it more reliable.

Very simple, straightforward, and user friendly. Seems to be accepted almost everywhere even when the merchant isn't aware that their machine will take it. The points system isn't the greatest though.

The app is great, however I am not happy with the favorite cards function. The options are to be able to use the fav cards on homescreen, lockscreen, and screen off but no matter how many times I have set it to be on my homescreen, it just keeps disappearing and leaves me looking lost at the register cuz then I have to go to the app just to use it 😕😬🤨

Samsung Pay is incredibly convenient to use & very streamlined in its UI & usability. I love that Samsung Pay interacts with a pinpad's magnetic strip reader. The Rewards Points system is a nice inclusion, but I would appreciate more reward options beyond "Discount For [X] Samsung product" which I am uninterested in at this time/for the foreseeable future. (At the time of writing, I had recently purchased a Galaxy S9 & was not interested in buying a new mobile device.)

Honestly, I have no complaints. It literally works everywhere, you just have to be smart and quick on your feet if you're having trouble with getting the scanner to read. A unique and truly revolutionary product form Samsung.

I entered my card details 100% correctly, I have checked multiple times. It says my card info is invalid. Definitely not true. Uninstalled it a few minutes after installing it, going to give Google pay a go instead. This app is useless.

Don't like that you have to lock the screen. And of course that you can't be rooted :( Old: After my first purchase, it seems OK. I prefer the way Google Pay let's you pay immediately after unlocking the phone. The "Fast Checkout" option doesn't seem to work/do anything. Not sure, might switch back :/

I've been an iPhone user for years !!! But I moved to android specifically for the Samsung Note 10+ but the S Pay is so behind the apple play by far. Please make it more easy like apple does Please allow the iris scanner to do its job and make the payment option more useful, like I have to type my password on my phone and then type it again in the cashier machine, come on SAMSUNG you can definitely make it BETTER .

I like it. It's crazy fast, has haptic feedback to let you know when a payment is approved. Also can earn points and get discounts at retailers websites. It's like gpay, but slightly faster and better UI, in my opinion.

Works great at most locations which have a customer-accessible sales terminal. Only downsides are 1) It may take a few attempts for the sales terminal to detect the device, and 2) Some vendors refuse to accept phone/watch payment, regardless of their technological ability to accept it.

App doesn't work, i tap on "get started" and nothing happens afterwards. It will load for 1 second and show the spinning loading icon and go back to saying "get started". I tried factory reset, clearing data cache, reinstalling app, customer live chat support and still no luck...

Better than the rest. Google pay is good, but Samsung pay takes it a step father with being able to use it where nfc isn't available. Only downside is whether your bank card is compatible. If we could load pay cash from any card at any time, maybe that would be an easy solution.

So far I'm loving it.. if i forget my wallet i can just swipe up and pay that way. Wish there were more deals or coupons for ppl who have points but no where near like 80grand. So far i have 40 and just started the other day.

The rewards used to be obtainable. Now they are ridicules. Switching to android pay because I see no reason to continue with samsung pay as you now decide to expire all my points lol... what a waisted opportunity. Samsung pay works where most do not, however android pay works wherever samsung pay works. This was a 4 to 5 star app until they changed the rewards system. Now it just pisses me off.

This app is awesome! I forgot my wallet at home, and I used this app on my phone @ all places including Walmart which doesn't have the touch and go. If there is Google and Apple play best believe this will work at the terminal also! Even works on base! I'm happy! Trying to find a place it doesn't work!

After I reregistered my finger prints. The app locked me out. Gave me three options to log back in. But the app didn't let me choose any of the options. I would press either pin, Iris or finger print but nothing happened. I've trird restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. The app is forever locked out.

No security on lockscreen, no confirmation on direct purchases. Anyone can pickup device and start spending your money. Bumped my backpack to a reader and it billed me 2.50, no confirmation or acceptance of transaction. 2 stars because it actually "does work". Overloaded with ads though. Quality I would expect from Motorola or Nokia, not Samsung.

Great app, the only problem I have experienced since the last update is I cannot access my card from the home screen and it is activated in the app settings. There is nothing to swipe up at the bottom of the screen. Lock screen works fine.

It's easy and more convenient way to pay the bills. No need to carry membership as well rewards & gift cards, while going for shopping. Need more offers and discounts to boost app in market.

Last update, which says you should now be able to swipe up from third party launchers, actually broke this ability to swipe up from Nova launcher. It was working fine for so long, but does not work anymore.

What a horrible app. I never had as much trouble work apple pay as I do this app. For example I go to enter my pin to pay and it double enters the number. If I don't catch it then I enter the second number and oops its wrong and I have lost one try. The one that made me lose it was it said I had entered the wrong pin 20 times so it kicked in the security and wiped everything forcing me to reenter the cards. Okay I get the security but I didn't enter the pin even once. That's just the start

Good overall. Small glitches in information, but it does carry over from device to device, but takes some finagling. The point system is a little weird, because the way that it pays out is strange. Still haven't figured it out

Great app. Saving me money in ways I didn't expect. It pops up when I'm on Groupon, Uber, Walmart, etc. It gives me cash back or gift card options to save money. yay. :)))

This app will still push ads to your notification bar even when you have turned them off both in the app and on the android system. It seems they categorize them under some other notification category in a scummy attempt to bypass preferences.

Samsung pay is more widely accepted than Google. It's fast and convenient. However it randomly pops up when I try to unlock my phone. EDIT: after the latest update the fingerprint stopped working.

This payment method has to use my eyes to open the card payment option. There have been several times where I left my wallet in the car or at home, but because I had my phone, all I had to do was swipe up from the bottom of my phone, take off my glasses to let the iris scanner read my eyes and once my phone begins to vibrate I just hold my phone over where I normally swipe my card to make a purchase and that's it. I put my phone away, enter my pin and my purchases are mine forever.

I only give 3 stars because I can only use my debit card on the phone. The galaxy watch is built to pair with galaxy cellphone but it would not take debit card as primary payment. I've been an apple user since the fourth generation came out. Although when samsung note 10 came out so I went to get one and give a try. boy do I ever regret getting one.

Thus is an awesome application. It keeps me from taking out my credit cards and being not sure if someone is looking at my transactions.i only wish that more stores would carry this option at their registers. Maybe they will in the near future. Kind regards, Satisfied consumer.

I love the samsung pay app overall, I use it every day. My biggest flaw with the app is the points expire after so long and high reward payouts. It would be better buying the products shown than using your points.

Love it! Makes shopping so much longer have to carry a purse everywhere! When I want to pay for something, just have to "tap" my phone, and don't have to worry about losing my credit cards or forgetting them!

Super easy to set up and use. Worked perfectly even with my magnetic phone case on. Going to increase the convenience of not having to carry a wallet to certain places.

Amazing. Can be used on old credit card machines if you have a Samsung device, just got to beep it a few times for it to register. Keep trying! Beep it a few times! Dam son you shoulda gotta Samsung.

Love it, been using for a few years now. It sucked when they cut the reward points you earn per purchase in half a year or two ago, but it's still super convenient
