I really love the fact that there are so many options for the variety of ages. I have a 2 1/2 year old that found educational and worthwhile games on his sisters' tablets. It's more impressive when you consider his sisters are 6 and 8 and he was playing it without any assistance. App can be a little "gitchy" freezing up and so forth. Also, there are so many options, the tablet (and the sim card) run out of room very quickly. Despite these types of minor issues, I'm really satisfied!

I liked the app for my kids, especially the security feature preventing them from going into other apps or onto the internet without my knowledge. My kids, however, rarely used it. I'm not sure exactly what they didn't like, besides my daughter being a bit old for the content available, I think it was just a preference for other videos and games not available through Samsung Kids, especially those that their other friends were playing and which they could play together (like Roblox).

Our daughter loves her Samsung Kids app, and it's easy enough for her to use all on her own. There are A LOT of games that she does not play, so perhaps it could be cleaned up a bit. She has tried most of them, but they do not hold her interest very long, if at all. She tends to stick to the same half dozen or so games that she really enjoys, including the licensed characters like Peppa Pig. Plus, the memory / storage requirements for the app is pretty significant. If there is any way to clean house a bit and bring that storage down, that would be great.

Amazing way to get kids started with technology. Our kids' first tablet came with Samsung Kids. They loved it when they were younger (under 7yrs old). There is alot of educational content and learning tools on how to read and other fun videos. Once they got older though, I would say that the content was harder for them to relate to. They felt like there wasnt enough new videos etc. Overall though, this is a great product to start kids off with technology!

Great "walled-garden" app that I can feel comfortable with my kids being on their devices. All content has been reviewed, so I know my sons are engaged in safe activities. The range of activities available is really quite impressive for the annual fee. We haven't found another service that's even close in terms of quantity and quality. All around--a great app!

This is such a great app. So educational and so many options that they’ll always be something to play. We have been using it for 4 years now and it is still our best friend on road trips. I love that I can keep him locked in the app and just add other things that I will allow him to use to it. A few adjustments could be made to the age appropriate settings. Just so kids can’t download higher educational stuff too soon but other than that super amazing app.

We purchased the Samsung tab for my kid's birthday after having her seen playing with it at her friends place. We think it is an absolutely wonderful product for growing kids. She was amazed at what she could do with it and has a great time reading stories, solving puzzles, listening to stories and all those logical interactive gluing apps. We would recommend it highly to everyone and we grade it a triple A star.

Samsung Kids is the absolute best. I love that my kids can't navigate out of the app, so they stay safe. No ads or other garbage letting them backdoor onto the main screen of the device. They can always find plenty of games, videos, and books to enjoy. I have a 10, 5, and 3 year old. They all have their own profiles and enjoy the content provided.

We tried this app for a yr and half.. it was ok. Lots of probs saving to SD card. Game glitches but the app was ok for most of the time. The -2stars is service for this app. I called for help with login in from a new device since my kid lost the other tablet and the lady talked to me like I was stupid. The email i used kept saying it wasnt recognized but it was the same email she used to verify the account and access it.. she then proceeded to slllooooowly tell me over and over I needed to use a samsung account to login... I was on the stupid samsung app using the sign it button where it asks for the email to the account for sign in and forgot password and it kept doing the same thing , i finally just finished cancelling and hung up... best of luck!!!

it's a good app for the kiddo having free reign. i would recommend getting a memory card for the tablet, and switching all the downloaded games on the the card, and not on the physical memory, as it will fill up quick. i did like the old platform. it wasn't as easy for the kiddo to download a game and not knowing it.
