Absolutely useless app, every time you take a photo it just crashes, then you have to uninstal, reinstall, log in and out a couple of times. It's installed in my lorry and has ruined a new set of batteries, It is just a tool for untrusting bosses to spy on their drivers via the driver facing camera, as for everything else it is totally unfit for purpose

I like the interface, but I'm not liking how when I try to do simple log adjustments it'll do the complete opposite... I'll be in sleeper berth, but it'll switch me to Drive mode (which I can't delete) so its screwed up logs several times already... I'm about to have my boss switch back to Keep Truckin, this ELD system is a waste of time... In this business, that means losing money

Samsara is both user friendly and informative. As a driver I like the fact that Samsara communicates with my company's safety department and when I make a mistake its easy to fix. At first everything in life is hard, but Samsara gets easier as you use it and it let's you know when you need to fix. At times I wish there was a time machine button so I could get to tomorrow's drop yesterday, but thats still in my dreams. LOL This app is the best ELD I have used and my company agrees. Thanks 😊

I don't post reviews , but I hate this application so much that I just had to. This thing, the amount of problems and stress this stupid Samsara causes on a daily basis is just insane, every single day there is some new bs with it, so many bugs and errors, you finally think you have it figured out for it to pull a random update that has it not working for 3 days, only to start up again 15 times worse. And the people who run it are never willing to help. Thank god my company is changing it.

Bugs... I think the FMCSA needs to have a second look into this as an approved eld app. First i will say do NOT use this if your on a time crunch because it will fail you every time. Every single time i open the app to change my duty status i have to wait up to the count of 3 MINUTES. because this botch app has to RE-LOAD every time instead of running as a background service. That time adds up, as time being lost. 2nd, The 8 hour clock never matches with your 11 or 14hr clock. Needs fixed.

1. Everytime I put shipping information it asks me to "RE"certify and it accumulates every shipping info during the whole week. As well as trailers info. Every morning it shows me all shipping from all loads i had. Even though i deleted them few times. Same with trailers. 2. After being on sleeper for 2-3 consecutive hours, i would recover my remaining 14 hours. Not anymore!!! After one of the recent updates. I am more limited on time like before the new laws.

Many bugs, I've had issues while using the iphone and now android. Only thing that I have found that works is uninstalling and then installing the app again. The notifications while I am off duty are very unnecessary and unappreciated.

It keeps telling me that I have an approaching violation even though I have an excessive 2 hours on all clocks. It will change from personal conveyance without me realizing it. Even if I just stopped at a long traffic light or to get directions. I can change out of insp. mode without using the password."not good". PC or Yard the app should not make any changes without driver acknowledgement otherwise it should be left where the driver put it. No stars.It changes out of PC into ELD drive. Why?

Samsera's equipment is not updated has the wrong speed limits on their platform causes a driver to get wrong scores due to wrong information also making a driver drive slower than the actual posted speed limit making us a danger to other motorists on the road. They would rather update their app than update their equipment

Worst system I was forced to use ever. Constantly changing status to driving even when you are on pc time. Goes on drive time when you are parked and nobody can correct those mistakes.
