Report a concern, a dangerous spot or a fault to the Vienna city administration via smartphone at any time while on the go: The new app "Sag's Wien" makes it possible.
With Sag's Wien, Vienna becomes more mobile, more personal, more networked - and made better together in dialogue between citizens and the administration.
The functions
With just a few clicks, reports can be sent quickly and intuitively to the Vienna city administration without the need for registration.
Messages are displayed in list, city map or detailed view. Users can support other messages or click "Follow". With a personal profile, the messages can be personalized and Sag's Wien can be used on different end devices.
The city administration processes the report as quickly as possible and keeps you informed about the current status by means of push notifications.
