The Safetrax Driver app is exclusively for drivers employed by an organization that uses Safetrax’s Employee Transport Automation platform.
Safetrax Driver empowers drivers with:
- Instant, convenient options for drivers to view scheduled, take up shifts, manage attendance and route planning.
- A detailed analysis based on performance and compliance checks that are recorded on each trip so that the driver can improve performance.
The Safetrax Driver App is a key tool in maximizing return on investment from your driver and optimizes the transparency in entire fleet operations.
Safetrax Driver App Features
- Upcoming trips: Drivers can view all the upcoming assigned trips with details such as pickup time and location on the Safetrax Pulse dashboard.
- Pickup & Drop Details: Drivers can view the list of employee details along with their pickup & drop location information.
- Navigation: Drivers can pick up and drop off employees easily by following the visual and vocal instructions on the live-streamed map.
- Notifications: Drivers will receive real-time updates on upcoming trips, trip modifications, etc.
- SOS Button: Drivers can use the SOS button during the trip in case of conflict with or between employees, vehicle breakdown or any other emergency.
- Help & Support: Safetrax Driver allows drivers to connect via in-app calling with the concerned transportation help desk anytime.
