Description

SaferFone is an enterprise EMM/MDM solution, is stable, reliable and maintains customer privacy.

Our solutions are designed to meet the needs of the following organizations:
Organizations or businesses managing mobile devices:
* Control of device components (camera, microphone, WiFi, Bluetooth, location accuracy).
* Management of the list of applications that the organization approves to be installed and the sources for installation (Google Play Store, external source, computer).
* Silent installation of applications via Android for Enterprises or from our servers, as well as application configuration management.
* Restricting user actions (factory reset, entering safe mode, activating flight mode, activating developer options, enabling hotspot, etc.).
* Application restriction (using Accessibility API) - prevent use of an application when it is used in a way not authorized by the organization. (for example, if your organization allows voice calls but not video calls, we can use this restriction even in external applications such as WhatsApp and distinguish call types and in the case of video calls, apply the decision made by the organization and prevent usage).
* Security (installing and removing a security certificate, erasing organization's data and files when device is lost or stolen).
* Kiosk mode (app list, single app mode, mixed mode).

Management solutions for elderly aid organizations:
* Install and update applications without user intervention.
* Arrange the home page of the device, determine the number of columns and rows, increase the icon sizes, adjust the brightness.
* Sets the volume of ringtones, calls, media, and alerts, as well as transfers the sound to the headset instead of the device's speaker.
* Screen orientation (using accessibility API) - Adjust the screen orientation depending on the screen you are using (for example: the screen will be horizontal for voice calls on WhatsApp, and vertical for video calls on WhatsApp).

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

We use Accessibility services API (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE permission) to apply your organization's stetting's policies defined by your organization's IT manager to our management servers, and to respond to your support request.

Additional permissions may be required: access to usage data, access to alerts, appearing above, and changing system settings.

Sensitive data collection policy:
We use the PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS permission in cases where your organization IT Admin has set a list of phone numbers that can only be called.
We do not collect this information on our servers and we do not share it with anyone. It is only used by the device to determine whether to allow the telephone call to be placed.

We use permissions to READ_SMS, but only to access the phone number of the applicable SIM, and not to reach or make use of the content of your SMS exchanges.

We also use the device background location apply security policies (for example, disabling camera when the device in the organization's office).

Additionally, we need to know which apps are installed on your device in order to operate your organization's policy (to make sure your apps is kept up-to-date and has no unapproved apps).
