App does not work. Card is registered, all good. I receive empty notifications out of the blue, clicking on them just brings me to the main menu. When buying something online, the app remains silent until the payment aborts. This app made my Visa card useless for online transfers. It used to work with previous versions.

The app doesn't work for online payments. The push notification is delivered, but the app doesn't open it. Only the main menu is being opened. It makes my card useless, honestly.

Have had extreme difficulty using the sid which cancels after a few seconds then locks me out. MasterCard were so practical to use online until Sparkasse introduced sid. Not even the 3 times I visited bank staff and twice 2 hours on the helpline could staff explain the problems Will move to another bank or card.

Terrible. Awful design. Unfunctional clunky rubbish. I need to get a letter sent to log in again? Oh no wait.. .. That doesn't work. Now I have to go into an actual Sparkasse. What a joke.
