Description
Royale Touche, the pioneer of Luxury Laminates in our country wanted to know who their end consumers were through a mutual method of interaction.Royale Ustaad is an interactive contractor App that makes connecting to the end user possible and rather easier for Royale Touche.
How it works ?
The contractor/consumer of the laminates has to install the application providing minimal information. Every time they buy a laminate and scan the QR code, points will be added to the Royale Ustaad App. Those points can be redeemed later to get some exciting perks and gifts.
The App allows changing to the language to Hindi for the ease of the user. Not only this, the App has got one line instructions for the users to understand how it works.
A very interesting feature is the “Tools” option which further includes a compass to measure direction and a tool to measure the surface level. These tools were designed to keep the user’s engagement with the application recurring. These are two of the most used tools by the carpenter installed to make Royale Ustaad a better experience!
