Rostelecom Subscriber is an application for self-activation of SIM-cards and concluding a contract for Rostelecom services without visiting the office.
Mobile communications
Registering a SIM card is easy, follow the instructions in the app:
1. Scan the barcode of the SIM card
2. Take a selfie and passport photo
3. Sign the contract
We will check your SIM card and verify your identity. In a few minutes you will be able to use Rostelecom services.
Internet and Wink
It is easy to leave a request:
1. Enter the address
2. Select a tariff
3. Submit your application
We will contact you to confirm the time of the installer's visit. He will configure the equipment at the connection address.
In houses with Rostelecom equipment installed, you can conclude an agreement remotely and use the services immediately, without a visit from an installer.
Smart intercom
In the Urals, it is possible to remotely conclude an agreement for the Smart Intercom service. Currently available to residents of the following territories:

- Sverdlovsk region
- Tyumen region
- Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug
- Chelyabinsk region
- Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District
