Description
"Free" application to basic calculate the necessaries unknown in the belt conveyor design.
This application is suitable for students, engineers, procurement, mining, conveyor production, bulk design, plant designer, sales representative, and other related fields.
The user can select a standard belt width from 500 mm to 2400 mm and input design values and then they can check the results for works in the next step.
The application can help you to find the answer about
1.Belt tension.
2.Torque for drive pulley.
3.Capacity
4.Drive pulley RPM
5. Drive power for drive pulley.
6.Belt velocity.
7.Area of the cross-section of the conveyed material on the moving belt.
8.Gearbox ratio.
9.Bulk density.
10.Belt width.
11.Length of the conveyor.
And the limit of "ROCK CONVEYOR Lite" version is
1.The calculation for the length of the conveyor up to 36 m ( Lite LTSB version can up to 200 m )
2. Support Flat belt and 3 rollers troughing set.
3. Use SI Unit only
4.Cannot show the pulleys shaft size calculation.
5.Cannot show the detail of the belt ( e.g. No.of ply, Type, Thickness, etc )
6.Cannot save the answer to your devices. ( You can manual save by snapshot )
ROCK CONVEYOR Lite has enough features for the normal user.
If you need to calculate the flat belt, you can input "Roller set angle" to 0
If your conveyor is inclined up you must input + value ( e.g. 1, 2,... )
Further, if conveyed down you can input - value (e.g.-1,-2,-... )
And if your conveyor is horizontal you can input 0 ( zero ) in the " inclined angle" text box.
The Help page >> User can tab to the logo on the main page. ( Top left )
