Horrible service. Apps does not work properly. They sent out emails stating they have closed my account, but forgot to give me my money? Not recommended.

In general it's a nice usable app, but there is one major flaw. It requires you to type in your password every time you open the app. These passwords are long and complicated as robeco requires a long complicated password that has to change every year. A better solution would be to use finger print login or a pin like abn amro's app does.

Basically a useless app. You cant see details of transactions (e.g. counter account). You cannot see settings for an account(e.g. show counter accounts). And as previous reviewers wrote, remembering the password is very difficult so I tent to not use the app at all. Finally the app does not differentiate between active and inactive accounts. They all look active until you try to create transactions for the account.

Great app except the fact that when I slide to the right in the graphs tab it crashes. (New Huawei P30). And as others stated, it also crahes when I click on 'news'. Update 10 Nov 2020: they seem to have solved the crashing issue, not crashing anymore. Also, there is now a face recognition access so no need to type password.

Even the retrieval of "news" (columns and investment vision) fails nowadays, also after a reinstall. It keeps saying to try again later .. 07/2020: STILL NOT WORKING yet we're being asked to promote your product to others?!

I have been unable to log in for days now. I emailed Robeco but there was no response. Logging into the website works fine but the app keeps saying to try again later.

It works, it was down once. But it's good to check basic statistics on your portfolio. Other than that I would use the website since it's more accessible to use.

Great app, only a fingerprint login would be nice to have. Maybe with 2 factor authentication for extra security?

News are broken. Functionally is limited. I'd expect to find historical charts for funds, possibility to mark some of them ss favorites and track them.

The app keeps crashing when trying to slide through the graphs. This has been the case for years
