Description
The worker app is a part of Ridecell’s Fleet Ops product. While your workers use the mobile app, your dispatchers operate from the web-based system and ensure all maintenance requirements are taken care of. With the worker app, you give your workers a powerful tool so they can:
• View and execute assigned jobs and subtasks.
• See an optimized route for their jobs based on priority and location.
• Communicate easily with the dispatcher via the message feature, attach pictures, ask questions, etc.
• Give an update on their current job process.
• Service several of your fleets at the same time (e.g. electric cars, scooters, and bikes).
The fully scalable Fleet Ops product, on the other hand, enables your dispatchers to manage and optimize your fleet maintenance in the most efficient way:
• Auto-assign dispatches jobs to the workers based on job priority, the worker’s location and the worker’s skills. This reduces the worker’s transit time dramatically.
• Newly created urgent jobs are prioritized and dispatched accordingly.
• Dispatchers can keep tabs on the worker’s progress and easily communicate with them when new requirements come up or problems occur.
• Integrated alerts and automated responses to service requirements help optimize maintenance efficiency.
• Vehicle downtime is reduced, as the vehicles are being served directly in their area of operation.
