It asks for 3 permissions, 1 of them sensitive: read shared storage.

What's new in v1.2.0

1.2.0 * add support for Basic Auth. 1.1.1 * do not add a trailing '?' when there are no parameters in GET request 1.1.0 * allow synchronized execution of the task ---- no more waiting for return variables to be set! * when using synchronized calls, the response/return code can be stored into local variables (all-lower-case variable name) To use this feature, choose "Synchronize call" in the settings. Old tasks will remains what they are but sync calls are default option for new tasks.

Description

From the listing uploaded by “123663792234455688”.

This is a Tasker plugin providing alternative interface to access RESTful APIs (targeting GET, POST, PUT, DELETE). This app is intended to work as a plugin to Tasker and does not provide a launcher icon so one must have Tasker installed in order to utilize this application. *README* 1. To enable variable set, you have to enable 'Allow External Access' in Tasker ( menu -> preference -> misc -> Allow External Access') 2. Return variables name should be global (with at least one capital letter) because it is set asynchronously in a different task and will not be accessible if it is set as a local variable. 3. Sicce the request is performed asynchronously, returned code/response might not be available immediately. If you want to capture the returned code/response, you can set an action to 'Wait Until' the variable 'is set'. But remember to clear the variable beforehand because these variables are global and will remain after tasks finished.. --- Feel free to leave comments or send email to me if you have any suggestions to improve this application. Special thanks to Arno Puder for helping me test the app.

Can I install this APK over the version I already have?
