ResQ Partner is for our service providers. If you are restaurant staff looking to submit an issue for your location, please use our ResQ restaurant app instead (the orange one!).
ResQ is a repair and maintenance marketplace platform for restaurants. In just a few taps, restaurant owners can seamlessly make service requests and be matched with our exclusive network of qualified, certified service providers. We find you the consistent workload you’re looking for.
Through our app, you can get notified about new available jobs, accept and schedule within the app, and add photos and recommendations that are available to customers after the job is complete.
We offer our customers services such as equipment repair, anywhere from food and beverage equipment, hot units, refrigeration to HVAC. We also send our qualified technicians for electrical and lighting repairs, plumbing, general handywork, and more. In addition, we provide recurring services such as safety inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
How it works:
1. Get set up on the platform by speaking to a member of our partner operations team.
2. New jobs are sent to you via email, text, and push notification.
3. Accept & schedule new jobs in-app.
4. Let us know when the job is done by taking photos and adding recommendations.
5. Send us the invoice for quick and reliable payment - no need to keep track of payments from various customers.
