The RENTCafé Resident app is your partner in all things related to your apartment community, and especially when you’re on the go. Easily pay rent, request maintenance or reserve the club room in seconds. RENTCafé Resident App features: - One-time rent payments with your preferred payment method. - Monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees. - Share rent and utilities with roommates using monthly automatic payments - Request maintenance with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way. - Reserve community amenities such as BBQ, pool area or club room with just a few taps. - Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app. The RENTCafé Resident app has been designed for apartment communities that use RENTCafé as their resident portal. Some features may not be available at your property. Ask your property manager if they are using RENTCafé and what features are available to you as a resident before installing this app.
