Relay UK allows deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired people to make phone calls to anyone using the latest app technology. You don't need any special kit – just download the app onto your smartphone or tablet, link your phone number and you're ready to go. It's free to use, you just pay your normal charges for the calls you make.
