Description
The RECOVIB Tiny measures vibrations and shocks in all three axis. It is extremely practical for a vibration diagnosis, offering up to 6 hours of measurement. Its wireless technology and intuitive operation provides substantial time savings in the performance of your measurements.
Different measuring ranges exist : ± 2/6G, ± 15G, ± 200G. It is able to record 1024 acceleration values (shocks and vibrations) per channel per second. The RECOVIB Tiny is the smallest, lightest and the most robust recorder on the market that is able to perform recordings in extreme conditions ranging from -10°C to +50°C. It is also dust and water tight to IP65.
This application aims at supporting the RECOVIB Tiny user in three different steps :
1) Arming the RECOVIB Tiny for measurements with user-defined settings (start time, stop time and desired operating range). This is done via a USB OTG cable
2) Downloading the measurements and save them on the external storage of the Android device. This is done via a USB OTG cable
3) Analyzing the recorded data in a intuitive and dynamic chart. The analysis includes :
- Plots of the acceleration data in the time and in the frequency domain (FFT-based computations) with signal processing options : second orders low-pass, high-pass and band-filters with user-selectable cut-off frequencies.
- Plots of the velocity data in the time and in the frequency domain (FFT-based computations). Velocity is derived from acceleration.
- Plots of the displacement data in the time and in the frequency domain (FFT-based computations). Displacement is derived from acceleration.
- RMS computations for acceleration, velocity and displacement
