Reviews From google play store

I loved the app in the past but now the app is terrible! Every time I attempt to click track, the app crashes on me. At first, I thought it might have been an issue with the heart rate monitor I connected, but now reading the other reviews, I realized it's an issue for everyone. I would use again if the app issues was resolved because it was one of the few apps that had all the features I wanted.

I have been faithfully using this app for a while, but now when I use it, it spontaneously crashes mid-workout, so I end up losing all my tracking and GPS data. I thought it was a fluke, but it has consistently done this about 9 out of 10 workouts recently. I really like the app but this is ridiculous. Try finding another app that doesn't crash mid-workout.

Biggest decline in performance of any app I have used. From ideal to complete dysfunction. Integration with scale was functional, integration with other apps (Samsung) ...Underarmour, what broke, and why haven't you fixed it. uninstalled the app, as well as the paperweight that used to be called a scale. Brand had me hooked...but now, back to, well, any other fitness brand.

Works for about 2 weeks, then constantly crashes mid workout. HR doesn't sync up with what watch is saying. Have to restart watch mid workout. Customer service and support is less than ideal. I wished it worked but it doesn't. Find another brand/program...

Updates? It's been almost a year since you e provided an update for the app and the built in problem reporting doesnt even work. It doesnt count steps unless they were part of a workout, and the workouts dont even show on the trending pages. Plus it took me almost a year to get the thing to pull sleep from Samsung like it was supposed to but it only shows my new sleep and not my old data

Crashes!! UA please update the app. Constantly crashes. Great app up until last week. Update: been in constant contact with support re crashes. Cannot believe this has been going on for so long. Excellent app. Has been great up until this month. Support is horrible.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY THIS GARBAGE I have given up on this app and scale. Scale will not sync my daily weigh-in. After resetting scale, app refuses to sync with scale. Zero support. I want to delete my profile and data, but there is no way to do so. UA no longer supports the Record website.

this app crashes frequently. Doesn't let you post pictures, sometimes. I wish you can make an update where this app could be better; because it has a lot of potential. Still sucks, just login and it's not letting me see what my friends are doing and what I just posted.

All of your apps are failing. The connection with google fit no longer works. App is now just a space eater. Additionally your apps are not even able to connect together. Definitely time to bring a new staff look at these apps. Record being the biggest offender.

When it works, it's a useful tool to track a healthy lifestyle. I used it without issue for years, but recently a consistent error makes it unusable. About 45 seconds into tracking a workout, the tracking stops and the app returns to the home screen. No error message. Tried reporting through Google Play and got an automated response saying to submit issues through the app. Tried to submit through the app and that function fails, too. Used to love this app, now it doesn't work and I can't get support.

The app won't sync to the S Health app and it's also not syncing to the related Samsung Tizen app for Samsung's wearables... As a result the app is pointless... It's a pity because it would otherwise be a useful app...

I've had this app for a while and never had issues. More recently I've had to re-pair it to my Bluetooth almost eveytime I use it. It is now at the point where I am not able to reconnect at all.

this has been a horrible experience. the app just wont connect to my scale. it keeps saying "device not ready." I've contacted HTC and they were no help in fixing the problem. The scale says connection confirmed but the app keeps saying it's not. whoever thought it would be a good thought to block functionality of a device behind a wall like that needs to be re-evaluated. like it's a scale so measure my wieght, do what your supposed to do without any need for anything else but BATTERIES.

Bought the UA scale, but I have absolutely no control over the data. There's no way for me to export the data, or sync to external partners. So i'm left with a "smart" scale, but I need to manually enter my weight data in other apps like Google Fit, Strava, or even myfitnesspal. I wouldn't recommend this ecosystem to anyone. Almost every other smart scale option has sync options to all sorts of third parties. Not UA.

I believe this app needs another update since android 9 came out (I am on the Galaxy S8+) - I have many errors now and app crashes when I try to report it. App crashes when I try to navigate through app. App will not sync weight with scale or allow me to manually input weight. App used to work great syncing my workouts using the gear fit 2 pro including heart rate and GPS - workout data no longer syncs, completely vanishes instead. As you can tell, the app is now completely useless to me. I loved this app before, it was a very useful tool and the most functional option available using the gear fit 2 pro. Please fix these issues! I will change my review once issues are resolved.

I just received my hrm today and it connected, but there's a huge problem. This app crashes every time I try to use it. It will not stay open long enough to do anything. I was really excited to use the hrm during my workouts. I really hope I can find another app to track my heart rate. Should I return the monitor? No wonder I got such a good deal on the bundle. The 1 star rating is actually 0 stars. Incredibly disappointed. It also shows the last update was in January of 2019. Really? Slackers.

I learned today they scale does not support anything over Android 7. So if you are running a phone with Android software over 7 forget it. my scale is locked in searching mode and will not exit so I cannot use the scale at all. Tech support suggested finding a repair shop to try and repair it. Sorry I am not spending a bunch of money for a repair on a device I still cannot use. Thank you HTC.

Worked OK for a few weeks with Google Fit, then stopped syncing all steps during the day. Yesterday it started syncing less than half of the steps recorded in Fit.

Will not sync with the Samsung Health App or watch to track/upload my sets. Try to send a problem report but I get a connection error.

Takes a bit of getting used to but not the reason for 2 stars. When logging workout, app keeps having me Complete Account as if the previous days were never recognized. Always having to reenter my height before I can continue. App manages to have all the other information especially weight. The weight is likely to change, but not height. Yet height is missing data.

The band and heart rate monitor paired just fine. when it came time to pair the scale, the app crashed. i opened it again and it crashed again. now it fails to save my height so i cant pair the damn scale. ive deleted the app and reinstalled, still wont save. ive deleted the account to start over, still wont save. think ill just stick with a Fitbit

Reports wrong data. Sleep is wrong. Steps are wrong. Calories are questionable. Data sources are hidden so you can't tell where the errors come from. Claims to integrate with Fitbit through mapmyfitness but data is different; Fitbit is obviously the better data (not apparent that either gets calories right). Whole ecosystem is a frustrating jumble. No help from user communities as the different product forum "experts" evade answering questions.

Really like it for tracking workouts but synchronization with other apps and devices is flakey at best. Challenges are a waste since syncs don't work.

Crashes all the time. Does not connect to its own devices. No help from the company or app maker.

After using this app for several years with no problem now the daily auto and manual updating is not working every other week. the app will not accept daily updates such as sleep, wt, nutition etc. Which is very frustrating. i'v updated then reinstalled the app with no luck... Maybe you'll have better luck.

Primary issue lies w/my UA/HTC Scale, perhaps we can deduct that its because UA abandoned their health kit. The last known phone I've owned that actually syncs my weigh-ins are an iPhone 6s. I upped to a Galaxy S10 many months ago (don't get me started on the poor synchronization of the S Health connection within UA record) and have had to add a third step in my daily weigh ins, reverting to my iPhone 6s just to get data to synchronize w/UA Record. Emailed HTC, so called "'working' on a fix."

Worst app ever!!!! Put scale in endless loop of connecting. Will not reset scale. Keeps communicating with scale keeping scale from reseting making the scale a paper wieght!!!!!!! Not happy. Discontinued but still being sold so sad. Resources from HTC or Under Armour should step up to fix these issues. So sad to just dtop it and just say it's discontinued. Both say to talk to each other!!!! Sad!!!!!!

App seems to b working great so far. Not as user friendly as i would have thought. Otherwise satisfied.

It's been years since I've been able to get an HR sensor hooked up and operational. I've tried multiple smart watch brands, including Samsung and Fossil.

I really wanted to use this app but it would only record my steps about twice a week while MyFitnessPal and Samsung Health sync regularly. the sleep record is inconsistent, last night I got 7.5 hours and it shows I awoke at 2 am and didn't go back to sleep. the interface at the top doesn't allow you to change what it tracks. I uninstalled and reinstalled without it correcting itself. Uninstalled.

Good app but the sycronisation between SHealth and UA Record doesn't work properly. It only records workout steps and not outright step totals. I have been trying to do a challenge in UA Record with colleagues at work and they use Apple Health and it is far better at syncing all steps.

I love everything about this app and the widget, but the biggest let down is my Fitbit won't sync my steps to the app ,unless disconnect it and reconnect it which can get annoying.. Please fix this and I will change this to a full 5 stars!!!!!

Used this app with UA heart rate monitor, this application crashes everytime I bring it up worked fine for a few months now it doesn't

Great when it works, which hasn't been for at least a month now. Please fix the crashes

App crashes every time I open it even though I have done updates when requested as well as uninstalling and then reinstalling. My band shows that it is synced to app but my sleep patterns are not being recorded nor is my "How are you Feeling" being saved.

So much potential here but sadly the dev team have no interest in fixing the core problem of connectivity. feel sorry for the people whove been waiting for several months for a fix. UA get it sorted !!

Purchased the UA scales only to find out that you need to be running an outdated version of Android for them to work! I'm left with an expensive round paper weight! Poor, poor effort! App will not sync with Samsung health either making this app all in all pointless!

Loved this app on iOS but since switching over to android and downloading it I've had nothing but crashes. The heart rate strap won't sync and the app continuously crashes when it does sync. Needless to say I'll be looking for a new HR strap and a reliable app to go with it.

I like the app however I wish you could log food like syncing your MyFitnessPal so the food you log on that app would just go over to your Under Armour record app to show what you ate

Great app !! Easy to follow , i've needed this for tracking all my training and activities. Makes life easier haha !

So freaking disappointed on this app!!! It does not sync at all!!! Not going to recommend this to anybody!!! Will probably switch to another app!!!

This app is not that great. I use it because I have a heart rate monitor from my gym. I have tried to get it to sync with samsung health from day one. Some days the link is successful and transfers info. However, 90% of the time, the s.health info does not transfer to record. The bugs and fixes they claim were done from 9/5 have done nothing. The sleep, steps and food are all active with permissoon to tranfer over. The only data that transfers randomly is sleep data. Unless you really need it

they need to make it capable of getting your exercise info from Fitbit instead of having to enter it manually. their band that works with this app never seems to be available for purchase.

UA Scale won't connect. I did a hard reset on my scale and now it won't connect to the app. 😡

I have had all sorts of issues! I have sent email after email & "report" feedback after "report" feedback with NO resolves. At one point, they said to do a "Force Stop". I didn't do one bc when you force stop an app, it clears all of its data & that's unacceptable for me. I have logged/posted a lot & have made many Fit Friends. I do not want to start all over from scratch - I shouldn't have to!! This app should just auto-update to fix bugs & issues!! Every other app I have auto-updates, bc that's how I have it set; except, UA Record doesn't. If this app would just work right, I would sing praises - for the most part. I mean, it needs tweeking, but I could really overlook those, if all the bugs & issues would get fixed. I loved this app before it started messing up! So, hopefully, someone from this app's IT department will read this & jump on these issues. Btw, nearly all of my Fit Friends have complained about the exact same issues; so, ik it's not just me ... by a long shot. I use the S Health app to track my activities & allow the UA Record app to read & write the data from my S Health app. Here are the issues that I'm having: ■ INACCURATE: steps count, miles/duration/avg pace counts & calories burned count. These inaccuracies happen as much as 75% of the time, at *minimum* 50% of the time. When they do happen, it's *always* a *huge* amount less (*huge* amount more for avg pace count). ■ SLEEP LOG is not recording *at all* This started as of the last uninstall/reinstall of this app. When I reinstalled this app, this last time, this app only had sleep data recorded up to Sept 3rd - I reinstalled this app at the beginning of Oct! So, I had to log approximately 35 days' worth of sleep activity *by.hand.*!! Full disclosure ... I'm now a week or so behind on logging my sleep; bc *now*, I have to log the individual days *twice* for *each* day, since this app quit reading/writing sleep data from my S Health app!! What *really* caused/is still causing an issue is both the steps count & calories burned count. □ STEPS COUNT - I decided to host a "30-Day Steps Challenge" on Oct 15th. By the time the challenge was over, *this* app showed a total steps count of 176,194, when *really*, my total steps count was 232,748 - according to my S Health app. That's *56,554* LESS steps that *this* app didn't record. I had to start "Sharing" my walks data from my S Health app to this app via posts & "Statis" posting updates on my *actual* steps count totals & placement for the "Steps Challenge". This is how & when I found out that I wasn't the only one having this same issue, with this app. □ CALORIES BURNED COUNT - I am currently a competitor in a "30-Day Calories Burned Challenge". Luckily, and at least, I'm not the host. I'm also only in 53rd place out of eighty-something competitors, with no real hope of making it into even the top 20. So, I'm not really concerned about this issue, for this challenge ... but, still. I also discovered that it wasn't my S Health app that was causing these issues, since other users of *this* app used other *partner* apps & devices that were *not* S Health. The partner apps that others used were also varied, which means that these issue lie *directly* with *this* app, *and* these issues are *not* caused by the users of this app. Again, I'm stating all of this here, in the hopes of getting resolution ... not to slam this app. My goal is to have the ability to use this app without continuously having major issues on a daily basis. This app, minus all of the issues, is a pretty cool app. I truly want it to work. Thank you for hearing me out. Sincerely ...

No auto-pause? I can't for the life of me find it in any of the settings. You'd think that with all the ads and attempts to get you to upgrade it would be a feature, like it is on my FREE health app that came preloaded on my phone. If I'm missing something, please let me know. Otherwise, back to my Samsung Health app... Too bad, because I like how interconnected this app seems to be, and the ease of entering food and other data. But, as I walk my dog as a "workout" daily, auto-pause is a necessity since she stops to smell the smells so often.

App is useless and lacks support. You can link it to Samsung Health but nothing ever syncs. It doesn't update your steps, sleep, or activity no matter what you try. Support will just tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app. It does sync with MyFitnessPal but only because they're from the same developer. But what good is another app that just shows the calories from MFP? Pure garbage not worth the space on your phone.

I have a bug. My samsung s3 gear steps are not syncing with UA Record. In Sync menu >Samsung Health> Manage Priority, am unable to see my samsung gear s3 tracker. Its showing mobile's steps "oneplus A6000 activity tracker using SHealth". Please fix this issue.

Trying to report a problem an it Errors not reporting accurate data from Samsung health!

it works well, the workout portion is alright, doesnt go too deep into the exercises. The step count never works on mine. I have connected shoes and I also connected the Samsung Health app to it. still wont track it. I have yet to get the UA Band but not sure if I want it since the steps dont work with the shoes, why would the sleep work with the band. I expect better from UA

I have followed all the instructions to sync my Samsung Health with the app and it is still not syncing. I tried to send a report a problem inquiry, but every time I try it says error reporting problem.

Won't connect to my heart rate monitor on Android Version of app but no problems connecting on my partners iPhone, really frustrating! It is a lionheart device used for f45 classes for reference

Was a great app, not working on Pixel3. Will re rate if it gets fixed Update: UA scale no longer syncs with my account. I've reset it at least a dozen times and I get an error on the scale after successfully connecting it to my phone and setting up my profile. After taking my measurements the scale reads "done", then about 15 seconds later another message pops up, reading ”failed to sync, try again"

This ap is terrible - it consistently won't sync with the wrist band and now also not with the scale. UA really missed on this one. Initially I really liked the simple interface - and I still do - but the thing has got to work - and it really doesn't. UA really should be able to do better. And where is version 3.5 for android? When will you start addressing the sync problems?

Can't sync with my scale, no direct support or customer service. Very disappointing.

Sooo, I'm reading multiple reviews over the last few months for the same issue--app will NOT sync with core S.Health features such as sleep record, steps, and activities--and no one from Under Armour has YET to respond or even acknowledge the issue or concerns of the consumers??? ... What is the point of UnderArmour being one of the selling points to S.Health & Samsung Watches when it doesn't even function properly?? ((I never had such issues with Nike+AppleWatch)) ... Get it together SOON!!!

I really love the idea of this app, and I often love the execution. Often, though, the execution is problematic. I have the UA Band, Under Armour's native device, and I frequently have trouble syncing the data from the device into the app. I have to close the app and reopen, or turn Bluetooth off and back on, multiple times to get it to sync. Getting connected to friends has been a true pain, especially if they use Apple. There appears to be no integration with other UA apps like MapMyRun.

I have been having many issues with his app. I have reported many problems as well and none have been addressed. It wont let me update my weight. It doesn't track half the options (and I do have Premium). Some days it skips updating my info all together. I looked up the reviews on Google Play and everyone is complaining about the same things for several months. What is being done about these issues and when will this app be updated. I am using this with a personal trainer. You are wasting my time and money here. I bought the UA band so I could track this information and you guys are not bothering to fix what this app is supposed to do.

Over all decent. Would like to see an option to share weight with samsung health. I dropped the review from four stars to two stars due to the email that is provided for app support. The email does not go to an inbox that is readable by developers and directs you to seek other options. I'm further dropping this app to one star. After jumping through the second hoop to reach a developer, I get another generic non helpful automated response. Planning to move to a new service due to poor support.

Love the idea of the app but I had problems editing and deleting my workouts. Tried to report a problem and it said it could not send. Had high hopes for this app to pair to myfitnesspal

Very useful and smooth collaboration with the other apps - My Fitness Pal & Google Fit.

does not record, does not connect to other apps no matter what though does show that option. needs to run 24/7 in order collect info but won't let you switch to anything else on your watch, does not show calories burnt, stops recording whenever it wants, freezes watch up so you have to reboot, does not record sleep. Junk! I will stick to Samsung health!

Doesn't work. Downloaded and tried to sync it with Samsung health and it was a waste of time.

I love the idea of this app, however the execution seems rather poor. It crashes constantly, when I try to record my work out it stops/restarts halfway trough, if not earlier. Freezes and lags are also common. It's a pitty really, this app could be great. Uninstalling unfortunately. If you manage to fix your app in the future I would be happy to install it again and change my review accordingly

The app wont log any steps from my galaxy active watch. But logs everything else like workouts etc.

always force stops, never updates the firmware on the device, device doesnt recieve notifications like texts and phone calls. Tried uninstall, unpairing, and resetting device. Nothing works

The app won't allow me to connect to my scale. It keeps saying the scale isnt ready. I have done everything it says to troubleshoot but still won't work.

I only need this app to sync data from Google Fit, because the silly designers of the app my workplace uses for their wellness program supports UA apps, but not Google Fit. So this should just be a simple bridge between the two. But a few months ago it just decided to stop syncing from Fit. I've cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled, unlinked it from my Google account and relinked, and it's just broken.

this app DOES NOT WORK with my galaxy watch. it says it's connected and synced to my S health but all it's doing is taking up space on my phone. I have gone to the web site and checked what they told me to. That didn't work so I sent an email which no one responded to. thus was over a week ago. Time to delete!!!!

Tried to install to replace Samsung Health, because it's such a battery drain. But once I logged in to my account, I couldn't change any of the information. I could change it in settings, but it wouldn't save. Couldn't change my location without giving access to my location either. Don't like unnecessary permissions. Highly disappointed.

Never got to use it! I already have MyFitnessPal and a UA account as a result of it. After logging in, this app asked for information that is already supposed to be stored in my account, plus additional info. Then, it asked to sync with my Google account, which I don't want. I don't have a SHealth account or a device. I just want to track my workouts and sync it with MyFitnessPal. Clearly, this is not the right app for me. I uninstalled it without ever getting a chance to use it.

I use the app daily because it tracks steps and sleep well, but it's a mostly piece of junk. It crashes on startup close to daily. It has syncing issues between the wristband, heart rate monitor, scale and app. The heart rate monitor readings vary so wildly that I've stopped using it at all. Under Armour has stopped updating or supporting the app at all.

Looks really nice and is a good concept, but it does not sync up right with other apps like MFP or Fitbit.

Nice app, helpful for logging stuff. Would be better with some suggestions or tips based on goals or lifestyle trends etc. But overall very helpful for tracking success and setting goals

Just wondering if this app will eventually develop in to working better with Fitbit?? I just bought a Charge 3 and cannot get the Heart Rate Monitor to sync when doing a workout, or when I record a workout in the Fitbit app it does not sync with UA Record....... any solutions why??? Otherwise it has served me well. But just hoping the UA/Fitbit integration is going to get an upgrade soon!!!

Great idea and l love the broad choices of workout types available. I saw what this app was advertising as its abilities and have tried to bring coworkers into it so we can keep up with each others workouts, health and steps. There have been issues with both android and apple versions keeping track of the steps accurately. It doesn't matter if it is connected to a watch/tracker, or uses the phone as a tracker, the step counts are not done or synced.

I downloaded this to compliment the UA fitness pal app, but to be honest I did not need to. The step counter is not good and I feel like I can easily live without the other features. I use the fitness pal to calculate my calorie intake and log my exercise. I use a different app to track my steps, but honestly, just enter your activity level in the fitness pal and you've got the calories you've walked off covered

My steps stopped synching on the 2nd day and I cannot make it track them again. I'm using my Gear S3 watch with Samsung Health to count my steps.

The entire UA Healthbox is complete waste of money and time. The UA Band stopped working after 3 months and HTC does nothing in support of the warranty. After that everything else stops working in some fashion. The scale stops providing accurate weights and information and the HR monitor stops connecting to the app. This entire thing becomes an exercise in ridiculousness. UA Record does not really like properly syncing with its sister apps, mapmyrun & fitness pal, all that much either. When it works, it is awesome. Unfortunately, it hardly ever works. Good luck getting UA or HTC to throw any support your way though.

doesn't sync at all with Samsung health, too many under armor apps that are basically the same thing just different colours, I mean come on pick one and stick with it. walk with dog map my run map my walk map whatever. does the same thing and account is not even shared between those. pointless. the only app that is worth having is myfitnesspal.

I used to love this app but lately, it's all over the place. I go for a light (5km in 30 mins) run and the stats show avg hr=209 🤔. Another time my UA band shows I've done cca. 6k steps, the app stats show 55 steps. I contacted the support, no answer... I am starting to lose my patience.

I uninstalled this app in a fit of fury. The app would silently crash in the middle of my workout. Say you use another app to log your reps etc. Well this app quietly crashes in the background so when you finish working out and you to go see your calories burned and average heart rate etc turns out the app has nothing. I admit it only happened about 5 times but that's 5 times too many. Frankly this puts doubt into my mind as to whether I should buy my fitness trackers from UA or not.

This app does not sync with UA scale. I've tried over and over again, it refuse to sync. The scale is set up correctly but is says unable to sync, try again later. It has been 2 months of the same message... A waste if money!!!

Used to be a great app and i used it for years constanly crashes on the lg phoenix 4 though

Can't add the UA Scale. When I try to setup the scale, I follow the instructions on the app, it says "confirmed" for a second and then says "your scale is not ready". No explanation or support is provided as the scale is no longer supported by UA or HTC. Useless.

It is not allowing me to select my Gear Fit2 Pro as Activity Tracking device. It is by default taking my phone as activity tracker and there is no drop-down menu to change it. On top of that page it says "Multiple Devices Connected" Select from your connected devices below. But I cannot select other device i.e my Gear Fit2 Pro

keeps telling me my workouts eont synce due to no network connection even though my watch is connected to my phone by Bluetooth. all this time ive been thinking it was syncing, come to find out its only tracked maybe 10 workouts, from 2017! good thing i was keeping a personal log. this was no help

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS A HEART RATE MONITOR After synching everything as directed I found that the heart monitor app simply didn't work. Emailing under armour for support resulted in being told it must be an issue with the headphones (aka JBLs fault). Even though the headphones work perfectly, and the issue is with the heart rate monitor refusing to work.

Keeps stopping on me when I want to edit my post. Gets glitchy now and again during my workouts. If it didn't have these problems it would be a 5 starp app. Other than that it does the job most of the time. Two stars for frustration and glitches.

I use UA RECORD with my UA BAND and UA Heart Monitor. Just start a bike ride on the fitness band and it integrates heart rate, giving a graph of my heartrate. It generates a map from my phone, gives a timeline of exactly what my heart rate is at each spot on the route displayed on the map.

I've loved this app, but your recent update has turned it into a broken mess. Fix it and I raise my score.

Does not map the activity correctly, cycled for 16 kms and it did not register a single km.

Very upset the smart scale will no longer work. We reset the scale and needed to sync with our new phones and now my scale will not even tell us our weight. It's completely useless. It wouldn't be so bad if just the smart features were no longer available but to not be able to simply weigh yourself anymore is unacceptable. spent an hour on the phone with customer support just to find out the scale and app is only compatible with older operating systems. Please make a fix!

I'm going in circles with it asking my height. I select the feet and inches to complete my application. When I get ready to sync it, it tells me to complete it again!!! Did it 5x!!! After that, I quit and found another app.

So easy to sync w other apps. Set up was very user friendly. I found this app Simple to log my data plus I love the brightly colored charts & graphs

Used MyFitnessPal also a UA app. MFP synced with UA MapMy Fittness, Run, Ride. Then I installed Record. Now MyFitnessPal does not record excercise calories. Record calls everything thing a "General Workout". It also seems to pickup random calorie burns from who knows where. What a lousy app. May switch to Strava. Too bad because MyFitnessPal is not perfect but it is a decent calorie counter.

This app crashes far too often. And these crashes are always mid workout. It also lacks features for proper tracking of weight lifting. The only positives of this app are group challenges and syncing with devices. Those devices all come with their own app so to be honest this app added no value for me.

Great app on the Galaxy 9. Easy to use, doesn't drain the battery that much and tracks all of your workouts by catagories

Does not connect to Samsung Health. The popup window comes up however does not show any service which can be connected between the two apps. Consequently an error messsge comes up saying atleast one service should have been selected. Frustrated !

UA scale will no longer sync to app, the wrist band has separated at the seam, chest hr monitor seems fully functional. Tried resetting and re connecting to WiFi, still no scale sync... Support on website is faq's no apparent option to contact support... Like it all when it works...
