Recharge Scanner: Ncell & NTC is an app by NepDroid in the Tools category, listed since at least October 2020. It includes native code for x86 32-bit, x86 64-bit, ARM 32-bit and ARM 64-bit, so it runs on practically every phone.
Since version 16.0, the APK shrank from 13.6 MB to 11.9 MB and the minimum Android version rose from 5.0 to 7.0. It asks for 37 permissions, 3 of them sensitive: camera, call phone and read phone status and identity. Compared with version 20.4.9, it adds 1 new permission: “Access adservices custom audience”. The app can read the advertising ID that ad and analytics services use.
