Read out Text is an easy to use text reader that will speak out whatever you type (or paste) into the textbox.
- Works offline after initial use
- Clean, small app size with no popup ads
- Includes quick copy and paste shortcuts
- Option to change locale (currently includes options for British English UK, American English US, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish)
- Option to change reading/speaking speed (between 0.25x to 2x)
Read out Text has many potential uses, a mobile text reader is particularly useful if you have trouble speaking (or are mute). Or as a study tool for listening to or revising something that you don't want to read or that you want to memorise through repeatedly listening to.
Read out Text uses Google's TTS technology
