Fixed crash after long pressing text in "Rename" dialog.
Several less frequently used options moved to "General" subscreen in settings. "About RAR" moved to toolbar. New "Name encoding" option allows to specify encoding for non-English file names in non-Unicode archives, typically ZIP. Most encodings are available only from Android 4.4.
Archiving, extraction and other commands work even if screen is turned off. WAKE_LOCK permission is added to implement it.
