Description
Since 1996, Enera´s RapidReach call-out software has provided organisations with a robust, straightforward, notification solution. SmartPhone Alert is an integrated component of RapidReach. It initiates push notifications delivered immediately to a mobile device. Simply add SmartPhone Alert as a contact alternative, and either incorporate it into existing call cascades or create a stand-alone call-out. SmartPhone Alert can activate an alarm on the device; it can override the device’s silent mode or it can play the content of the message. Alternatively, it can deliver the message silently.
