Playlists are no longer tied directly to apps. You can simply create a playlist, then re-use that playlist across multiple apps

Apps can now have "Rule sets"

Each rule set as an assigned Playlist

Your rules apply to Notification content such as

Title of the Notification

Body of the Notification

Time of day the Notification was received
