Quico gives you access to knowledge and motivation every day, at any time. To use the app, you must have the permissions granted by your employer.
Quico gives you:
- unlimited access to all relevant content from your employer
- easy access to knowledge thanks to short messages, 3-minute trainings and knowledge tests
- support for teamwork thanks to built-in secure messaging
- effective motivation to achieve goals thanks to gamification
- rewarding employees for completing trainings and other activities
- access to a prize shop in the application
- employee assessment from the application level
- access only to the knowledge you really need - it is guaranteed by a clear structure of information in the application
- a system of "push" notifications - never miss any important information again
- organise company documents in a clear and searchable structure
Quico allows administrators and managers to:
- conduct instant information campaigns
- conduct complete training cycles delegated and delivered within the application
- motivate employees through games based on in-app activity and external results
- reward users for completing assigned tasks and report on these activities
- survey employees' opinions and collect feedback in just a few minutes
