Aweful doesn't begin to describe this app. Half the time it doesn't open, all I get is the splash screen. It crashes regularly. For some reason it doesn't fill in your phone number (that is in your account info) when you are placing an order. Sometimes the only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall it. How about a function to pay in the app -- no ??? So I can order ahead but not pay ahead so I still have to wait on line. I can see by other reviews that I am not the only one having these problems. Does QuickCheck care ? It doesn't look that way. Unfortunately this is the only way to pre order food from them .. the website doesn't allow it Get your act in gear QuickCheck.

Have read that this app crashes for a lot of people, I have not had that experience (using a Galaxy S9+). Works smooth, I can see what I need when I need it. Scan of my barcode worked great this afternoon. Not sure why the app needs location services, only reason why I give it a 4 star rating.

I am a long time customer of quick check for over 10 years and I go there everyday to buy items. But the new app with all these updates and bug fixes, etc, still does not work even on my $1500 phone. This is ridiculous and inconvenience to see an awesome company like quick chek to have an app that does not work for there customers. Plus I missing out my rewards. Someone need to fix this problem immediately. I am sure I am not the only one.

It's nice to see your rewards when the app works, more than once a week, I get an error about authentication tokens, and the app won't start again until I clear all days from the app, and log in again. This glitch makes it nearly useless on a day to day basis.

Will never load inside a Quick Check location. I send mobile orders and have to screenshot my screen before I leave the house so they can scan my barcode for payment. I can never earn rewards because the app will not open when I am in store. I have reinstalled the app over a dozen times and it has not resolved the issue

This app to quick check is pure garbage it will not open up always freezing you can't catch a deal's it is not worth my time or anybody else's time you can install it, open it up again it'll work for a minute and then freeze again it is pure pure garbage. They need to really fix the app.

It's nice when it works, but frequently (like a good 50% or more) just gets stuck at the loading screen for long enough to go in to the store, shop, and then check out, even if you restart multiple times.

Horrible app. crashed all the time. have to reinstall all the time and it's a huge hassle to try get any deals because it locks me out. It's been doing this for months. I wish it would work nicely. I really hope it gets fixed because quick chek is one of my favorite stores.

App won't open. I'm running a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Android 11 and One UI 3.1 and the app won't even open let alone all the crashing reviews I see. I live .5 miles away from a store, I would love if they can fix this.

I have to delete this app because because every few weeks it freezes up and won't open Since I had the app probably Delete it the app to install it again for it to work right over a dozen times And I asked several people who has the app does it happens to them they said yes. Even one of the quick check employees said it happens to her all the time.
