I'm using the app t for a survey I'm participating in but it is not sending me my two daily diaries and I don't want to get kicked. Out of the survey because it is not sending them to me like it's supposed too

usually great but I uploaded my last diary entry for a research study and the app crashed .. now it seems like all my previous data has been lost after the fact!! will the researchers have that data?? it said that one went through but when I went to add another there was no 'continue' option, as if I was starting all over again and when I press back it takes me straight back to the home screen! please help! I'm worried I will lose out on my incentive because of this 😭

App itself worked fine, easy to navigate and no bugs. We will see what happens now that the study is over. Seems they called me quite often during, to check if I was participating, but now that it's over haven't heard a thing. I will update if I receive payment. Update: my gift card arrived in the amount promised yesterday 5/13, exactly 6 weeks after finishing the study. Changing to 5 stars!

This app works exceptionally well. I've finished the drink diary on several occasions, I believe 6 times within the past few years. And in a few more days I'm getting the chance to do another two week drink diary. Within the emails I received, it states that payments won't go out immediately after finishing the drink diary. It normally takes 6-8 weeks to receive your Visa gift card. I've always gotten paid. I'm unsure why it takes so long to receive it, but they do pay.

This my second time doing beverage one. I got paid the first time. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive pay. My first time I received pay in 6 weeks. The app works nice. UPDATE: Sad to put but I never recevied my payment its been 10 weeks. It doesn't take away from the app which why its 2 stars. Would've been great to get paid, I guess hit or miss.😩😤🤷🏾

The App worked great for a couple of days, but then half way through the day it started telling me that my diary didn't start until 12th June. It still sent reminders every hour, but wouldn't let me use it. Today the 12th I got a message to say I could download the app for my diary, but when I tried all I got was the Uninstall and Review screen. So I can't say I'm a big fan at the moment.

Asked to download and install this app for a study starting 29/05/19. Once the study started today, the Qmob app brought my phone's internet performance to almost a halt. Web pages and apps taking ages to load if they loaded at all. Uninstalled after less than 24 hours use. My phone's internet performance returned to normal after uninstalling the app. This is on a 1 year old 'phone running Android & EMUI 8. 😭

In general thecqpp worked well. It was very time consuming entering all thexsame info for exactly the same things every day. Thecability to create and use favorites would be a huge improvement.

Got 6 texts back to back regarding this app, each one with a different monetary offer for downloading. I downloaded it and when I tap the diary, it instructs me to log out. I do, then log back in, then get the exact same message. Will update rating after attempting to contribute tomorrow.

It worked great! I just finished the 2-week reporting period and the app worked without any glitches. Now we'll see if I actually get the money I was promised but the app worked fine.
